Friendly staff, nice breakfast and location within a short drive to Gmünd.

The room was clean and is easy to find it. Staff was helpful and communicative.

Very small room with even smaller strange bathroom. Definitely the worst food we had on our 7 day trip, also breakfast very very basic.

Perfect location to reach several ski resorts during winter season. Clean and warm room and bathroom. Helpful and very hospitable host.

The owner is really friendly and she is really involved. She makes sure you are feeling comfortable and that's all she cares about. Even if you don't speak German, she speaks to you in English which I definitely did not expect here in Austria. The facilities are perfect and breakfast is included in the price. The overall hygiene is perfect. Public toilets are available and each room has it's own shower and toilet which are looked after. The beds were fresh and clean, and most importantly they were really comfortable. For this price you will not find a better place. I would definitely come here again.

The only improvement I could think of were the TV's. They're old and ours didn't work. But it is not a big deal since we just wanted to check if it worked and not actually watch TV.
