The property is experiencing multiple issues. The heating is non-functional, forcing me to sleep with my coat on. When I contacted the customer service number associated with the booking, the advisor displayed extreme rudeness and lacked empathy. His response suggested a complete disregard for our well-being, stating that the heating has been malfunctioning for two years and regulates automatically. Despite being in the hotel since 3:00 PM, by midnight, the temperature had significantly dropped, causing extreme coldness. Additionally, the bedsheets appeared unkempt and unironed, and the duvet provided is notably light. The inconvenience extends to the location of the toilet, which is situated 50 meters away from the room, requiring a considerable walk for bathroom use. Furthermore, the letterbox cannot close, creating an opening that allows cold air into the house. This morning there was no running hot water to shower with. All efforts to reach the property didn’t yield results as the calls were going straight to voicemail. The exterior of the property is neglected, contributing to an unkempt appearance, giving the impression of abandonment. Given these numerous issues, I would strongly advise against booking this place, as it offers no value for money, and the experience is highly regrettable. Booking.com should take the property off their website as no human being deserves this inhumane living conditions.

No one responded to my telephone calls....total lack of customer care and worse of all on the very top of a very steep hill....I turned away and refused to use this place....my advice people STAY CLEAR

Küche war schlecht ausgestattet! Wesentliche Dinge Geschirr, Besteck, Reinigungsutensilien fehlten! Zustand lässt zu Wünschen übrig!

The location was as expected.

The exterior of the house looked as if no one lived there. Rubbish had been left by the front door for some time obviously. My bed linen was soiled with stains on it and the bathroom was dirty. Live cables were hanging from the ceiling where someone had obviously torn the smoke detector off. I would never stay here again.

Bedding clean

Bathroom was disgusting, hair and scum in the shower on the tiles, think this place is a bed sit as people was leaving there toothpaste toothbrushes and other items in the bathroom . The entrance hall was in very bad state paint missing off the walls , windows in the room mould on them

The staff was quick to reply my messages. The room was very spacious and the bathroom is very clean.

The kitchen sink was filled with unwashed dishes. The oven was broken and it is very dangerous to turn on the stove as you need to use a lighter to light it up.
