Elevators need to be updated as long as the tub in the bathroom looked so dirty. The a/c unit vents also had what looks like mold on them. Overall need to be cleaned better.

Variety at breakfast and indoor pool

Its an average hotel. Has a decent bar and restaurant. The only thing was the elevators where out of service. You either had to do the stairs or walk to a pool/service elevator.

Person checking us in wasn’t very friendly and didn’t provide us with basic information such as extra charges or check out time. Walls were very thin and we could hear the person next to us snoring.

When reserving at expedia, the title said that breakfast was available, then we discovered that breakfast was not included. We have to pay an extra 100.58 dollars for breakfast. (4 people)

Had to pay to park. Booked on Expedia for a reasonable price and got there and was hit was all these other fees. Rooms stunk. Elevators didn’t work. Breakfast price $20 per person. Needed a pull out couch with bed and the one they gave us had no sheets or extra pillows. Asked for extra towels and bedding they never came.

Not expecting the most best experience but at least a decent one. Service was nice and helpful. Room was quite dirty, no trash bags, shower was visibly dirty, cracked sink and walls in the tub as well as rust, dusty appliances, and the couch smelled like body odor. The elevator seemed also broken because it never let me go down, I would always have to go up and hope that someone else was going down too.

I stayed this property for 3 nights didn't sleep at all due to crazy noisy. And bathtub was dirty and terrible hotel ever!!!!!

The room was not clean, with visible signs of neglect, such as the bathtub being dirty with footprints, the floor not being broomed, and the refrigerator not working. I reported these issues to the front desk assistant who assured me that someone would be sent to address them. However, no one arrived, and this lack of follow-up was disappointing. As a result, my overall experience was not satisfactory.

Customer service is ok. Place is out of shape very dirty old!! I found trash all over the room the condition of the place is awful. Trash hairs dental floss other personal items dirty in the bathroom!! The sheets with stains. Carpet run down with stain

The hotel was okay, however the elevators did not work properly, even after the service technician worked on them. Other than that, the staff was friendly.

We booked last minute for a 4th of July trip to Knottsberry farm and this was about as close as we could get to the park. It was terrific. Easy off the highway, next to multiple restaurants and a gas station. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We paid for the breakfast deal and it was well worth it. There is also a Peetz coffee in the lobby. The parking was easy and was $10 per day. I’m only give 4 stars for 1 reason. The elevators are in disrepair. There are 4 total but only one in the main hallway was operable. No matter where you were, the lights on the buttons didn’t work so you couldn’t tell if it was coming or going. For safety the elevators need to be fully functional. You could use the service elevator but lights and digital displays didn’t work on that one either. Other than that minor annoyances I would give this hotel a five star rating and we will stay here again.

The staff at this Holiday Inn were super friendly and helpful, and our room was fine. My main complaint was that the elevators weren’t working during our 3 night stay. At times, one of the three main elevators would work. Other times, none of the three main elevators would work. We would be sent to the service elevator through the “bowels” of the hotel where we would find a line at that elevator. Luckily, my son and I are able bodied and were able to walk up the 6 flights of steps to our room any time we needed to. It was just the extra time and energy needed for this inconvenience. There were a couple of tour buses unloading when we were arriving back one time, and it was a mad house trying to get all the tourists and their bags up to their rooms with only one working elevator for this pretty darn big hotel. But, again, the people were friendly, and the front desk worker was very accommodating when I had to ask him to get someone to unlock the door to the stairs so that we would climb them to the 6th floor at 11:00 pm:)

The staff was very good. When we arrived and departed.

Incredibly loud air conditioner made it impossible to sleep. Keeping the unit's fan on resulted in a constant roar. Allowing the fan to cycle on and off woke me up every 20 minutes...no win.

The elevators don't have any signage, and none of the buttons work. The elevators will stop at every floor as well. The only thing the front desk told us is that they work, be patient, or use another elevator (lights dont work on that either) down at the end of the hall, through the employees only doors. There weren't any clean towels in their exercise room and don't think it had been cleaned in a few days.

They put me in a room overlooking the AC units on the roof with all of the noise that goes with that. Then their elevators broke down and were out of commission for my stay. Couldn’t take the stairs either because of the alarm on the door. Everyone had to use what was basically a slow service elevator. Room was poorly cleaned. I will avoid Holiday Inn in the future.

Amazing Staff and customer service. Very clean!

We really like the hotel and the staff was really nice. We had breakfast at the hotel every morning and they were Super nice and the food was great. The hotel was convenient by the freeway.. The only thing I did not like about the Hotel was a little bit of plumbing problems and the tub was a little dirty but overall we love the hotel and will be staying there again!

The connected bar and lounge was fantastic! Rooms are large and clean, would definitely go back !

Beware!! Rating is a 7.5 at best. Have stayed here several times and it is definitely going down hill. Carpet dirty in room and hallway. Grout in bathroom dirty. Tub gross and every time you started the water black stuff washed up out of the drain and floated around. Elevator gross and half the lights don’t work. Found dark hair on the floor in the room. My wife is blonde. Dirt and crumbs in every corner. Just understand you get what you pay for.

The phone did not work. The thermostat did not work. The tub appeared dirty…it was permanently stained and needs to be replaced.

Our bed was broken

It would have been nice to know that the hotel charges you $11 per day to park your car in the hotel parking lot even if you are a paying guest. Add that to your stay😝
