It was great to have a kitchen, the air conditioning worked - I was able to turn it on and off, not like in most hotels. It was conveniently located.

Everything was great.

I liked everything at the hotel. How do you guys offer?

Constant truck and loading noise from the Harbor Freight behind the property. Room leaked rainwater and despite being reported several times the staff did not attend to fix the leak, nor sort out the terrible smell from the wet carpet. Staff refused to provide details for insurance for damaged property due to rainwater leak.

We booked a one 2-bedroom room through bookings.com a month before we were scheduled to stay. It was supposed to be a 2 nights stay for our large family. Unfortunately, when we attempted to check in or inquired about our reservations, we were told that there was no such reservations. You can just imagine the frustrations we felt. Worst thing is, my card was charged for the reservation. It’s been over a month of back and forth calls requesting for refund through Bookings or the hotel itself, but still waiting. I would say not to book any reservations through Bookings or this hotel. For some reason, they fail to communicate properly.

The property and room was clean. We loved the hot tub and the breakfast was good. We also were pleasantly surprised for the access to Netflix.

When we first got there my sister found what seemed to be cigar butts or poop next to the bed, once we notified the staff they were quick to come and clean it up and do another general clean. They did a good job. The pool could have been warmed a little (but that’s just me).

You should update your photos online. The current ones are deceptive and make the hotel look questionable when in reality it’s beautiful

We stayed here last year and gave it a fabulous rating, loved everything about it. This trip, we were given a room that really seemed a little shabby, the carpet was stained and the furniture looked a little thrashed, the bed was uncomfortable for my husband. Thought about changing rooms, but didn't. Still had good customer service, friendly housekeeping, etc. I would stay again; however, I would check out the room before we unloaded all of our luggage.

The breakfast was horrible. Nothing fresh. Poor selection if substandard "grab & go" selection. We only went once. It wasn't worth it. Again, nothing fresh. Also, the hot tub was closed with crime tape the whole time we were there. I never saw anyone working on it. We were not informed of anything at check in including pool times, breakfast times or the fact that no one would be coming to give us clean towels, coffee or empty the trash. No communication at all. Just given the keys and that was it. I was very dissapointed that I picked this hotel for our stay.

The pullout bed was terrible to sleep on. It was so flimsy you could feel every spring in side of the mattress. It creaked every time you moved and caved into the middle. I know pullouts don’t have great mattresses but this one needed to be replaced. This hotel was rated 4 stars. I expect every sleeping area to be 4 star and comfortable. Everything else was great!

Was able to check-in early with an available room which helped a lot because our flight arrived early in the morning and to wait for a 3pm check-in would've been very inconvenient. On check-out, we left some items in the room a few minutes after the noon time checkout time but the front desk was patient and made us another key so we could get our stuff. The free breakfast was great and very convenient. This is one of the few hotels/inns that had a good solution for serving breakfast during this covid situation. Many places just close their breakfast offerings.

Hair stuck in the towel. And one towel had black marks. They were washed but having these things on the towel made me had to request new ones.
