Great people. Close to what we needed to get to.

Breakfast was sub-par and packaged items. The ice machine was broken, and the staff seemed put out when I asked about it. The room above us sounded like they were constructing furniture, but the staff did reach out and it got better. The drinks in their refrigerator for purchase were reasonably priced.

The hotel is really nice. You could tell the owners took pride in it and the upgraded a lot to make the guest feel comfortable. I like that. The continental breakfast was good too. I was happy with it overall I would totally come here again. I could tell the owners did everything they can to make the guest feel welcome and comfortable, and that made me very comfortable

Hotel was conveniently located to where we wanted to go. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was nice and surrounding area was quiet even being by a major highway. Would stay there again.

Second time staying. Quaint and quiet. Mattresses need replaced otherwise clean and functional for catching some shut eye.

Not that great. Bed was HARD AS A ROCK!! Towels were scratchy. Said water was free when we checked in. Went to get some and they charged us. Only good thing it’s walkable to the OC fair

Nice rooms with some extra touches. Decent breakfast options. The front office staff was friendly and accomodating.

Room was nicely appointed. Bedside light with changing colors a nice touch. Bedding & towels in good condition. Sufficient parking. Pool was clean wiyh an attractive sitting area. Staff were not present for morning breakfast & offerings were mediocre at best. Coffeeachine broke down.

Always amazing staying here

I was told breakfast was from 7-9am. I noticed it was 9:30 and breakfast was still available. They might as well say breakfast is available till 10am as most hotels offer breakfast till that time.

Really great room. I think this would be on favorite list. Walk to the OC Fairgrounds in 20 minutes if you're casual. Forget trying to park for the fair, just walk. Nice little pool and lounge chairs. Snacks for purchase in front lobby. Definitely worth every penny.

Concert on Friday, beach and OC Fair on Saturday. ALL very close. Excellent room and service.

Beds weren’t very clean, spider webs in bathroom area, and noise from neighbor rooms yelling and slamming doors until 4:40am

Night clerk was Not friendly and the room had too many bugs gnats and mosquitoes

The only complaint i can think of is the loudness of cars on the street

Wife found previous guest hair on the sheets. Also nats near the sink area.

Checkin male worker was RUDE. But female at checkout was super Friendly!

Everything is modern and the floors are not carpet. The parking is near the rooms. Quick check in and very clean

Liked that the rooms were clean and quiet. Room's could use a refresh, small nicks and dents. Employees were nice. We saw sketchy people next door. The bed was comfortable.

Unfortunately have to write a poor review for this location as rooms were nice, and location was convenient but we had spent the day out and were looking forward to coming back showering up and relaxing. When we got back we found the shower backed up with sewage water and toilet was not useable. The room smelt strongly of feces yet we had no other option so we beared the night and slept in the room. We notified them of the issue and hastily left the room in the morning. We could not shower or use the toilet in the room for the better part of two days. Putting quite the damper on our vacation. When checking out we brought up issue again expecting to be comped as these are bare minimum necessities of a hotel and we slept in a room backed up with literal sh*t. The best they could offer us was a 60 dollar refund in which we had paid for a room upgrade. Completely unacceptable.
