Hotel was clean, friendly staff. The parking price was simply outrageous $35.00 to park one night. VERY expensive.

Stay is good, room is spacious, breakfast has many options even though the hot options are only microwavable food. We enjoyed the breakfast, esp. lactose free yogurt.
Shower is with innovative design that attached two shower heads!
Bed and pillows are comfy.
It is old, and signs of wear in bathroom can be seen.
Sound proof needs improvement, bothered us in one night when a neighbor got home late at night.
Conveniently located close to Amazon spears, needle and garden. Link is 13 minutes walk but has up and downs. VERY WALKABLE!

Theres was a mildew smell in the hall3and in my room causing me to sneeze, cough and have itchy eyes throughout my whole trip. Thus was my first family trip in 9 years and i wish the hotel experience was a little nicer

The mgr and front desk were AMAZING. Very helpful (I had sent a decoration for our rm ahead of time, for our 25 wedding anniv. It was in our rm AND a lovely anniv. card & box of chocolates besides.) They stored our luggage after we checked out, so we could go sightseeing. They made calls for us (taxie etc). Breakfast had a lot of choices (some hot) and was included. Nice robes & slippers too!

I’m so bad with names and I wish I would’ve wrote it down but the gentleman with glasses who works in the morning has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Very personable and because of him I’d book here again. The breakfast is also really good!!

This hotel was very distant from my interests and was not what i wanted . I blame that on expedia. I had selected a hotel in Belltown but when i booked it and actually got a confirmation from that hotel it switched to laquinta. Not a pleasant hotel and not a safer location betbat on

The hotel should provide at least one bottle of water per guest per day. The vending machine did not function and sucked in the money but did not dispense the water. In addition, the price of the water was outrageous. This was very inconvenient. Other than this, everything was good.

We stayed on the 6th floor, two windows were able to be opened. One with a stop that was allowing a slim person to get out and one able to be fully opened. Hopefully this will be taken care of right away since we notify the front office.

There's nothing wrong with this place, it's a good standard place to stay...maybe even a step above standard. The only amenity missing, for me, was a safe in the room. The beds were comfy, the room was spacious, the sink is outside from the rest of the bathroom, the water pressure was good, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the included breakfast was excellent! Location is pretty central too.

A solid value. Nestled in a bustling section of the northern downtown tract, it's convenient to radiating public transportation lines that easily reach out to attractions such as the Space Needle in Seattle Center and Pikes Place Market.

Hotel in need of updating. Location is great, hot water tepid, needs paint, carpets. A/C was great. Computers did not work and daytime clerks had a horrible attitude!!!

Nice hotel. Good location. Clean. Friendly staff. They added a $25 room surcharge that is supposed to be refunded. The charge was not explained at check in. Other than that, it was an excellent experience.

Our room was on the 6th floor and very clean, but the room was out dated and the furniture was worn down. Beds were very comfortable and the front desk staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was ok.
