Very conveniently located with restaurants across the parking lot and shopping.

Stay here many times a year always good servise its showing some age but still decent and close to many amenities

Good location, close to the mall and shopping. Lots of good restaurants nearby and quick access to the 403. The hotel is good, renovated in the last few years I'd guess, new flooring throughout. Breakfast is adequate. Staff are friendly, courteous and helpful.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for a night and we are happy it was only one night. We do not recommend this place for the price. The rooms had the coating falling off the walls, the furnitures are old and need to be replaced. The had breakfast but trust us when we say it wasn’t anything like what they advertised. Find somewhere else to stay.

Room was really loud. There’s a funny noise with the plumbing and the ceiling fan in the bathroom was deafening. The TV didn’t work in the night. The bedding was comfortable and clean.

No one to greet us when we entered the lobby. We had to call out for someone to come help us. The shower curtain was torn at the top and the towels were thin. Also the breakfast wasn’t opened on time, and when they did come to open the doors the scrambled eggs and pancakes were sitting there in the container cold. No decaf coffee for those of us that can’t drink reg. coffee.

Air conditioning was so loud could barley sleep.. staff argued with me about my disability telling me i aint disabled enough.. managers reaponse was sorry thats our policy you dont look disabled.. when shown a video of the noise the ac made all night manager just said ooh everything is louder when u put the phone up to it i told her the phone was in the bed with me and again she said its just normal i told her it sounded like a hail storm on a tin roof total poor service and simply didnt care cept about money

We have stayed at this property in the past and although we had some issues like a broken toilet or being sent to an uncleaned room this visit was by far a hassle... when we checked in the employee could not get us a room key and had to let us into the room herself... we had to make a few trips out of thr room and 1 person stayed back cause we could not get into the room unless the front counter worker let us in... we still had no room key when we checked out the next morning... and got a sorry for the inconvenience but no offer of a diacounted stay or anything

Upon arrival the staff were very friendly and when anything was needed, they were brought to the room quickly. The breakfast provided was good for the price you pay for the hotel. No complaints.

Not sure why hotels sell their rooms to Expedia and then don’t except debit Visa at the desk. I paid for the room with the same card! Then because it’s a debit they are going to make a special exception and take the card but hold $200 dollars for 5 days. Not happy with that. Also they offer breakfast that isn’t much. For as many people that were there they didn’t even open up the whole breakfast room. We were standing on top of each other! Turned around and went to McDonald’s across the street.

The bed was not comfortable at all and the room was quite noisy. Although it was nice having no carpet, it did amplify the sound from the hallway. Not a great sleep that night.

Place was nice , the staff where great! They always have a smile and the manger is always ready to help you as best she can 10/10 for her !
Only down part is the breakfast eggs cold , and pancakes cold also they make them and bring them out cold not like the other days inn you make them youre self . And they where really low on cups and stuff 😒 other then that place is great,

PLace was not clean,doors were dirty in room and in hallways rug in hallway was dirty,holding support in tub was missing,hairdryer did not work.Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and helpfull

The location was great. The room, not so much. It was a comfortable bed, but the room needs updating. The shower was terrible, shower head from the 80’s wouldn’t stay in the holder, all the sink plumbing is visible with gaping holes behind the pipes, the towels were not clean, the room curtains had broken hangers so they wouldn’t close properly, no luggage rack, no USB plugs, very few regular plugs, etc. The hotel offers a free breakfast which consisted of cereal and English muffins. It was disappointing.

The entrance was hard to find and was disappointed that it wasn’t handicapped accessible. It made it hard to come in with luggage so I can’t imagine if someone needed a walker etc

We were not able to check in as it appeared that all of our credit cards were declined, and there were four of us and two rooms. The clerk insisted his computer system was not at fault. We called our credit card companies who said they received nothing from Days Inn and our cards were good and it was their system. The asst manager had no time for us and the clerk was insistent that it was our problem. We asked to cancel the reservation but he would not do that either. Then another group of guests arrived and tried to check in with their credit cards and guess what? They were also declined! After being there for 1-1/2 hours they finally agreed it was their computer and cancelled our reservation, thank goodness. Will never return to this hotel!

The manager of the hotel was very considerate and helped me with my luggage. The room was very clean and I felt very safe in the area.

Card lock system did not work well at all. Front desk dismissed the concern the first and second time. A third time a different desk clerk reset it but it only worked properly once.

No swimming pool and the manager Samantha was great but the guy at front desk gaves u a bit of hard time checking when we wanted him to put it in the system. They charge me the 100 deposit before we checked out
