This hotel was very nice. It was great they have a restaurant inside the hotel and a pool. It is in the middle of Calama perfect location for being in the city. The only negative things are I asked for an early check in and they couldn’t accommodate that and we had no WiFi in our room the entire duration. The WiFi was primarily in the lobby.

This hotel gets mediocre reviews, and there's no hiding that it's quite tired and slightly shabby. However, we found a warm reception, help with taxis, very clean sheets and towels and a comfortable bed and great shower. Breakfast was uninteresting except for made to order omelettes and scrambled eggs. Overall, good value and a pleasant overnight stay.

Terrible service. Rude, ignorant, and unwilling to help. Both at the reception and in the restaurant. The gym is pretty useless (barely any machines/weights) and so is the sauna (can barely fit two people and is too cold)

Rude check-in. Will mot check-in before 3pm, even if it is 2pm. Rude service at bar and restaurant. Hotel is in need of serious update. Hotel is far from town.

An adequate stay in an ageing building. No early check in- you must sit and wait for 3.00 exactly before commencing paperwork, or in our case a missing booking, despite confirmation emails. No credit card payments for our stay which was awkward and very inconvenient. The restaurant was good. Staff were pleasant although not exactly helpful.

This hotel is very good value for money. The breakfast was excellent, with omelettes made to order. The common areas were clean and comfortable, as were the rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I fortunatelly did not get the gal with the temper that other reviews talk about.
The hotel is very conviniently close to the airport. At this point Uber is permited so it was easy to get to the airport.
We only stayed for one night. The restaurant is a bit pricey but food was ok. One bottle of water from the mininfridge was USD $4. So take your water if you don't want to pay.
Our continental breakfast was included with an omelet.
Overall I gave 5 stars because I did not have any issues.

I have stayed here three times over the years. It is a good place, helpful staff, good food and close to the airport BUT it is starting to look a little tired = bathroom fittings, that sort of thing.

Whilst functional, neat and tidy, the hotel lacked any soul. They stopped serving food in the restaurant late afternoon and offered sandwiches at the bar. We therefore ordered sandwiches which came with fries. Clearly the fries were leftover from lunch and were quite cold. The waitress took the whole order back to the kitchen. They came back sometime later. The fries had clearly been warmed up in the microwave, so were hot but recycled and not fresh. Meanwhile, the sandwiches had gone cold and soggy. They were unfit to eat and and ended up being fed to the stray dogs wandering outside. There was no evidence of an apology and we were presented with a bill for the food! I paid for the food the next morning as I had used the food (to the dogs at least) but withheld the suggested 10% tip.
However, on the positive side, the reception staff were as helpful as they could be.

This was a really nice hotel close to the airport in Calama. The pool area is a nice spot to hang out outside in the desert heat. The hotel dinner buffet was a bit expensive but it was good. The staff were very helpful.

Booked at the last minute because it was close to the airport. Hotel is old and run down, shabby furniture, no a/c, dirty room. Had to sleep with the window open because it was so warm so we heard dogs barking all night. On the plus side, the dinner buffet was good and reasonably priced and the WiFi worked well. Fortunately the bed seemed clean.

A very nice and quiet hotel close to the airport. Hotel staff very extremely helpful and always attended to you needs. Room was comfortable and clean. Moderately priced and food and drinks were okay too. Highly recommend this place for the weary traveler.

The hotel itself was OK, the issue I have is with the restaurant. The food caused me to become sick, which is not what you want the nigh before embarking on 16 hours of air travel. There are no other food options near by either. If you do stay here then I would suggest bringing your own food or making a special request for the chef to wash his hands before preparing your meal.

This hotel ticks all the boxes if you are staying in Calama. Our room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. The only negative was the woman at check in was just rude.

Breakfast was excellent. Buffet with many hot and cold choices. Room was large and comfortable. The door to the adjoining room could be more soundproof though. Very close to the Calama airport. Wouldve been nice if the hotel had a shuttle. Overall very good stay.
