Everything was excellent. Thank you for helping my brother celebrate his birthday. He really enjoyed himself and can't wait to return for another visit.

Went for a weekend with friends. Lovely property with great customer service, but .... long-term renters also live there. We arrived to a car parked in two marked spaces, one being ours. Had to call security to find the car's owner and get them to move it, and it turns out it's someone who long-term rents the unit above ours. Then at 2 a.m. they're pounding on OUR door because someone (else) parked in their space. Every night they rolled in at 2-3 a.m. and there is very little sound proofing between the the floors. They were LOUD. On the second night there was "activity" with sqeaking bedsprings at 4 a.m for about an hour. We were exhausted. Also went through THREE coffee makers because they first two leaked all over the countertops - ten cups' worth. They did reimburse us the resort fee ($56) because of our troubles.

When we checked in, they never notified us of the “complimentary” cleaning that was going to happen after 3 days. So we left all of our belongings out and they came in to clean but only “cleaned” one bed and left new towels. Didn’t clean anything else in the unit. When we asked the manager, she said that they always clean when it a long stay. But again, they only made one bed and there were two in the unit. We felt very uncomfortable about the fact that they never informed us of this at check in, or we would have put away our medications and camera equipment. Was very uncomfortable and we decided we were going to leave with 4 days left in our stay.

We will definitely be back! Everything was so wonderful, we’ve vowed to only stay at Hilton Vacation Club properties from now on. PROS: amazing staff, beautiful grounds, great amenities, super comfy beds, and…this is important to me…it was the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed! CONS: none. Seriously, kudos to everyone!

our stay was good but we noticed that when we went out on friday to go shopping that one of the rooms had been rearranged and stuff moved around, and no one was there. friends of ours who were on same street as us had someone enter there unit and walk down the walls using there hands to feel there way, and when they called out to another guest in the unit the person walked out and shut the door. this was very unusual and this has never happened to us before when staying here but we will be back in april. My last name is piercy and hers is howery.

Such a nice place. Well maintained, nice furniture, and such a pleasant atmosphere outside. A great place to stay when going to the park, or just relaxing. Highly recommend.

Booked 2 different rooms at this hotel - one was a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom room through hotel.com over a month before our family trip. 2 days prior to this trip, I received an email that the hotel cancelled our reservation for the larger room which I had a confirmation for and had paid for upfront. I called the hotel who could have cared less and only said they were fully booked for the weekend and my charge for the 2 bedroom, 2 bath room would be fully refunded (although when I booked through hotels.com, I agreed that these charges were non-refundable). I then spent the next three hours on the phone with hotels.com who could not explain what happened or why. I was hung up on once and when I finally got back in touch with them, I asked for a manager who tried to find another hotel to accommodate our large family on a short notice and every decent hotel was booked (which is why I booked ours a month beforehand). I would not recommend this hotel or hotels.com for any future booking because it can be cancelled immediately before a trip that had been planned for over a month.

Wonderful spot for a family stay. This hotel is near by to the vacation attractions but feels quiet and peaceful. There were multiple pools and feee mini golf which my kids loved. The room was large and was a great value.

My husband and I did this for a mini golf vacation. When we first showed up the check in process was slow but the staff were extremely nice and were going above and beyond to ensure everyone knew exactly where to go and what to do. When we first got to our room I was extremely unhappy and worried as it was still dirty and looked like someone had started but didn't finish. Dirty floors, counters, sheets and towels on floor nothing made up. We immediately called down and informed them of the situation. Not only did they get right onto getting us another room they actually upgraded our room for free and sent someone to us with the new key and to escort us to our new room. They went above and beyond and made sure to check in with us to ensure our new room was perfect. Also, anything we needed was helped in a timely manner. Ice, sugar, extra soap, coffee didn't matter they sent it up and we had it quickly. Highly recommend staying here. The property is absolutely gorgeous as well as the rooms and customer service is exceptional. A great location as well.

We only stayed for one night but the bed was comfortable and the amenities of the suite were nice. Our space was almost like a small condo with a sitting room on the third floor with a sofa and tv, bedroom with en-suite bath, and a small kitchen and dining room with another full bath on the second floor. We were just staying the night after a trip to Busch Gardens before heading to the Eastern Shore so we didn't get to check out the pools, hot tub, or other amenities so it sucked to have to pay the "resort fee" on arrival for a bunch of stuff we never used. Also, we were sent to the "concierge" for a welcome packet but this was just to try and wrangle us into a two hour timeshare presentation. There was no welcome packet. Overall it was a decent place to stay for the price, especially if you're good at not getting sucked into a lengthy, high pressure timeshare presentation. I think the property would be more fun if you were staying a few days and could enjoy some of the onsite amenities and activities they provide.

Great area to stay for a couple or family trip. A few areas in our condo could have used some updating but overall clean and well kept. The condo was not made to be noise efficient. We were the bottom of a two story condo and we could hear every noise that was made upstairs and it did impact sleep. The customer service was great and they did offer to move us to an upper unit, however then we would be the ones keeping up the downstairs occupants. I do believe that they try to sell you a vacation club package called their “welcome package”, so come prepared.

I am in Williamsburg throughout the year completing an executive program at W&M, and this is my go-to place to stay. It's easy to get to campus, and there are several awesome restaurants within a few minutes of the property. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful 4-day stay at the Powhatan Resort with my two cousins. The 2-bed/2-bath unit was spacious enough for us, comfortable with three ceiling fans, and it has up-to-date furnishings. The unit literally has everything you need for your stay. We went to the nearby outlets and to a concert at the Hampton Coliseum, which was about 30 minutes away. Finally, we ate at the Powhatan restaurant on site, and the food and service were great. Thanks again, Kash.

I had no idea how extensive the property was or the number of amenities offered when I booked. I was grieving- looking only for a place my cousins from a different city and I could stay together near the church our uncle's funeral was in. This place turned out to be perfect for our needs. We only stayed one night but were able to check in before the funeral and get settled. Afterwards, it allowed us to unwind, relax as if in our own home, eat and play cards. The early morning walk around the property the next day and coffee on the patio allowed for a peaceful transition before another long 9 hour drive home.

The townhouse was really big with 2 bathrooms, bedroom, kitchen, dining room and living room (on a second floor). The pool was really nice. I did not use any other service. The property was too dark to walk around in (e.g., to a different townhouse).

Great place to stay with family and friends. Large rooms in a full condo set-up. The property has a huge outdoor pool with activities in the summer, an indoor pool, bbq areas and other activities.

WOW! I was expecting a room with a king-sized bed. I was not expecting an apartment with two rooms, one with a king-sized bed. It was very clean and maintained. I will now be planning and booking a girls' trip to this location.

This property has bedbugs! I have had so much work to do since coming home to hopefully ensure I do not bring this into my home. Additionally, we were told breakfast was included in our stay, even by the host at the door. However, we received a bill at the end of our meal and told meals have never been included. Beautiful property but such a disappointing experience!
