My husband had surgery at St. Mary’s hospital across the street: I was able to bring him directly from the hospital by wheelchair back to our room to recover over night before a long drive home. The staff let us park underground earlier in the day onsite so we didn’t have to move our vehicle after check in. It was wonderful not to have to deal with the winter weather since it was snowing.
They offer a complimentary breakfast and light evening meal. So grateful for a wonderful stay. The rooms were spacious and clean. We highly recommend.

Quite pleased with the size of the room! The cleanliness was outstanding. Don't know if i have ever stayed in a room that was cleaner. The lobby is very inviting and warm. Nice to have complimentary breakfast as well as light dinner. I will definitely stay again.

Very friendly and efficient staff. Well appointed general areas and room. Very clean. Only minus is the long walk to the over populated elevator with both guests and maintenance staff using.

The Aspen Suites was clean but a bit dated. The parking is underground which is secure. However, it is very tight for large vehicles. The breakfast was basic but served on time. The front desk staff and breakfast attendant were polite.

The stay was nice overall, I was under the impression the room would be bigger but the room was very nice and clean. The breakfast was great and the staff was very nice.

I’ve stayed at the Aspen Suites almost everytime I’ve visited Rochester. I like the property because of its amenities. First I like the Suite set up. More room and the kitchenette is nice. I also like the breakfast’s which are more than just cold cereal and coffee. I also like the snack at night, which can fill the eating void. Lastly, the staff has always been friendly, helpful, and efficient. Great service!

Room was clean. However, the furniture was worn. Additionally, the room smelled musty. (It may have been located over the pool.)

I was there with 2 friends and one of them going to Mayo. The hotel was so accomodating with our uncertainty. They were so reassuring about being able to leave early if appointments not obtained this week. Thanks! If a visit to Mayo is needed in the future Aspen Suites is my 1st choice.

I enjoyed all the ammenities offered including the complimentary breakfast and dinner. Was very helpful since i was staying for a procedure (surgery). The staff was very friendly. I enjoyed all the hotel had to offer. I definitely plan on coming back again... hopefully not for surgery

The room was amazing. It was very clean. All the staff were very professional very friendly very helpful. We did not want for anything. We were Therefore, a visit at the mayo clinic it was very comfy. They made sure everything was attended to would definitely recommend and go there again.

I loved that it was walkable, directly across the street to St. Mary's Hospital Francis/Tower door. First morning we had to leave before breakfast hours but noticed there was plenty of grab and go items for us. Very convenient - will stay here again.

Kind, polite, and responsible was the staff. I was up all night 3 days following a 6-hour surgery and the woman setting up the breakfast buffet at 3AM brought me fresh hot Blueberry muffins. Housekeeping totally sanitized and cleaned our apartment the day before I was released from the hospital - we tipped them $100 for their kindness.
So convenient - right across the street from Mayo's St. Mary's Hospital.

We had a wonderful stay. The suite was very clean and comfortable and had everything you may need. The breakfast was very good, the premises super clean, and the staff is super kind and helpful. There are plenty of places in the area to eat. And, they have covered oarking.

Could walk right across the street to St. Mary’s hospital. A couple different dining choices within walking distance. Very friendly and professional staff. Nicely stocked kitchenette. Clean throughout property and in good repair. Breakfast included in price and enough choices to tide you over until lunch. Great price for all the amenities. We spent our time at the hospital so did not use the pool or hot tub unfortunately

Everyone was accommodating and helpful during a very unexpected time. Service was great to help navigate more than the hotel. Clean and comfortable.

Underground parking was safe but very limited room to park and move cars around in. Also dead end signs should be posted so people know that you either had to back out or try to turn around in very limited space.

I have to say we stayed in the 2 bed suite and it was amazing. Perfect size for 2 adults a preschool, a toddler and an infant . With the full-size fridge able to meal plan . Also, they have a fabulous free breakfast and every evening they have a simple meal that is also free . The entire staff was friendly and helpful. We know mayo is in our future so will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very clean. Staff were very pleasant. There was a breakfast, but I did not take advantage of this. It is conveniently located across from Mayo Hospital and a 20 minute walk to Mayo Clinic.

Nice common areas, nice rooms, but no staff could be found when I attempted to check-in. STAFF member from other property finally came over to check us in. Then gentlemen that should have been there showed up and then was very annoyed by me needing better instructions on how to get in to the parking garage

I only needed to stay 1 night, but I will be back. Loved having kitchen area and a comfortable chair to relax and not just a bed. Every staff member I met was friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and spacious. The breakfast was good. The complimentary shuttle service to the Mayo Clinic was a huge bonus.
