It was love at first sight. The hotel is new, modern en worth to visit. The first night the service was horrible at the restaurant at the roof. But the hotel manager Sallah and Sarah solved it. The where warm and kind to us. I realy loved the way they communicated. I will come back this time around without children so i can enjoy the stay more! Dont forget to try the delicate sweets at the main floor at the restaurant. It was the most delicious dessert i ever tasted in Marokko. Thankyou!

Relatively new hotel so we wanted to try it. I think we had one junior suite and one double room. Nice facility with good access to beach and marina. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. My toddler broke a glass late night and housekeeping did an excellent job of cleaning up thoroughly. Though I didn't get a chance to try these, the e-bikes available are a nice touch. We had 2 rooms and they didn't ask if we wanted them on the same floor - but when we notified them of this they accommodated the request by upgrading the other room. Staff are very friendly, in particular Nora who checked us in and out.
The fact that Harira soup, a local delicacy was not available after 11pm, even though the hotel boasts of a Moroccan restaurant was disappointing. The food we did get was good.
The hotel has only 4 floors and the insulation is lacking - noise of local transportation seeps in easily.
Hotel could exchange Euros for us, at a good rate, but only a small amount (200).
Personally, I prefer a more central location, like the Sofitel or Marriot but this is nice location for those who want to be near the beach.
If you book through booking.com, you cannot benefit from your loyalty points or privileges which is a bit of a bummer.

This was one of the most spectular hotels we ever stayed at. The hotel decor is gorgeous, the staff is kind and helpful, the beds were wonderful. The location is excellent for Rabat/Sale next to the Marina with an amazing view of the Sea and the River. The rooftop lounge and pool were exceptional. I would stay again!
The Wifi did not work well. So we had to use the hotspot on our phones.

The AC controls malfunction from time to time. My checkout experience was not good. They were late in helping me with my luggage, hence I decided to bring them down on my own. I also had to wait for the checkout despite having alot of staff in the lobby at that time, whereas only one of them was attending to guests.

My stay at the Fairmont hotel in Rabat-Sale was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel staff, particularly Ms. Hajer who ensured us a late check out and sorted out all the details we needed for the city tour and Mr. Mohammed, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The warm farewell from Miss Yousra and Miss Nora was a lovely touch. The entire staff demonstrated genuine hospitality, making us feel valued throughout our stay.

We were captivated by the stunning scenery while enjoying carefully curated music that enhanced the atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel boasts a professional and relaxing spa. The spa treatments were of the highest quality, offering a rejuvenating and tranquil escape after a day of exploring the city.
The culinary offerings at the hotel were diverse and meticulously crafted, from traditional Moroccan dishes to international favorites. The food was of exceptional quality .

Brand new, tastefully decorated, fantastic views. Great location in a modern quiet area across the river from Casba Oudaya fortress. To cross the river you can take a small boat as we did. It takes just a couple of minutes.
