Great service and hotel

The facilities were immaculate but the service was the highlight. The staff couldn’t do enough for you and were always professional and incredibly polite.

Absolutely amazing new property. Breakfast is included and delicious. Beautiful room and property and the concierge service is the best I have ever experienced ( took care of all transportation and bookings with extra attention and follow up ).

Our stay here was terrific! The hotel was beautiful and the food was amazing. We ate lunch there several times and every time it was delicious. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and extremely helpful. We would love to come back the next time we are in Greece.

Very enjoyable experience very nice gym and large whirlpool area that you don’t find very often in Rome. Staff was super friendly and the location was magnificent.

Great service as usual. However, I do not like that the pool is not opening until 11.00...?!?! If you want to take a swim in the moring before going to a meeting as I do, you are not allowed. Most other hotels open their pool area at 9.00

Banana water upon arrival was fantastic! Staff was very helpful. Just the type of upscale stay we needed after island adventures.

Fantastic property on the water. Great access to restaurants and great alternative to the busy downtown area. Excellent breakfast buffet as well. Highly recommend.

Good staff and bed was nice and soft compared to most beds in Greek hotels. Close walk to vey nice area fir cafes and shops. The shower was ridiculously small and was hard to move around in. The shower head was too low. Anyone over 6 ft tall has to watch they don’t hit their head on it. Also, my wife pointed out that there is no full length mirror.

Staff was delightful and very accommodating & friendly. Great & quick service. Very professional and loved the boutique personal feel. Location was great to the beach, V square restaurants/clubs and Vouliagmeni Lake.

Superb friendly and helpful staff, well-appointed property, excellent location with multiple restaurants and swimming within easy walking distance, and fantastic breakfast.

The service was fantastic. Loved the location because it is just across the street from Vouliagmeni Bay and in walking distance of anything you’d need/want, restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream shops, market, beach, etc. The room is very comfortable, not enormous but great for 2 people. The mattress was very comfortable (not always the case in Greece, they are often too soft for our taste). The bathroom is spacious and has a large tub with a shower head that can be hooked to the wall (this is not always the case in Greece). Breakfast was included and a very nice spread. Only slight con- elevator is very narrow. Fits 2 people with luggage fine but more than that would require a 2nd trip. It might be uncomf for anyone with claustrophobia. (In which case you could request a room on lower floors and take the stairs which are wide, open and beautiful and have porter bring your luggage up).

Staff were very friendly and helpful but unfortunately the hotel is a bit old and tired looking. Otherwise had a very pleasant stay.

Beautiful place I wouldn’t mind coming here again

The hotel is out dated and needs a remodel. The rooms are average at best. Our room had an odd mildew smell - we asked room service to remove the smell to which they tried to no avail.

No power outlet in the bathroom. Furniture is old and tired. Shower was hard to adjust. I had to call every day to replenish coffee supply. Staff were extremely nice and responsive. Nice view of the gulf from the room. Location was very convenient. Walked to super market, nail salon, hair dresser, and restaurants.

Great service and nice room. Good breakfast but very disturbing noise from refrigerator in breakfast area inside that despite the excellent service pull the breakfast rating down. Opening hours in pool 11-19.00 which is a much too late opening time.

A tucked away gem in Vouliagmeni, very near the center and close to everything the area has to offer, along with great views of the sea and lovely grounds. We love the size of the rooms and comfortable furnishings and its home away from home.

Superb winter time in sunny Greece

Lovely time over Christmas and New Year holidays. The hotel has excellent service, great facilities, very friendly. Very special location, great for swimming, walking, enjoying nature.

I chose the hotel mainly because of its proximity to the lake, and was absolutely astonished at the beautiful facilities and the quality of service. I did not expect to find myself in such luxury. The hotel exterior did not amount to much, but as soon as you walk in the door and are greeted you enter paradise. And the breakfast is not only delicious but the presentation is true art. Absolutely recommend it.

Great area Fantastic breakfast

Lovely property, great ovations and very polite staff but there were some perks missing.

Lovely atmosphere and exceptionally helpful staff. Decent breakfast tho omelets very dry and no hot cereal. Lunch and dinner expensive but very good quality in general. Could have used material on what to do in the area with a small map identifying points of interest. Service was above and beyond! Made everything else incidental.
