Clean and convenient hotel which is perfect for the beach and jumbo center access. Very convenient for the bus network too. The front of the hotel and pool has a good sun exposure the back not so. The food for breakfast and dinner is good value with most of time great cooking. The staff are very good and welcoming except one very nausy and brusk member of staff who can make a hard beginning of the day. The hotel also spoil us on our birthday which was a good surprise. Overall a good experience and we will consider the hotel for our next visit to maspalomas. Thank you for the experience and meeting new friends

I was happy with everything exept the cleaning. Very sloppy and had to ask for refill on toilet paper 2 times during 13 days

I had a pleasant stay. The service is Very Very good. And the rooms are fresh and clean. There is a positive and serene energy around the pool. I would reccomend this hotel and would definitely come back!

spotlessly clean, v helpful staff, v calm pool area, great breakfast (breakfast cava is my faovurite cava!). 5 mins from beach via backdoor, 5-10 mins stumble from the yumbo etc. Would defo stay again!

Stay for 4 nights fantastic place and location only thing I would say was that the Aircon was broken and did not get fixed as supposed to be waiting for a part. Communication on the problem was none existent even the app they tell you to use took them 2 days to answer me but this would not deter me from staying again as already booked.

Whilst the decor is a little tired and the public lounge area a bit small, this friendly hotel has much to recommend it. The bedroom arrangement with a kitchenette and seating area, large balcony, lots of sunbathing areas, three jacuzzis, and little quiet lounges on the 2nd floor. Only downside is the small lifts which can get a bit busy at mealtimes. If you want a quiet (no entertainment) hotel it is great.

Lovely small hotel in a fantastic location close to Yuma, Cita, and a local supermarket near by. Furnishings are lovely, very comfortable Pool is small but lovely as well comfortable seating. Staff are super efficient and friendly. Can’t comment on food as didn’t eat there We had the super suite, we got the room we requested 8011 which has a super terrace with lots of seating options, and if your a sun seeker like me, gets the sun all day. Not much shade though for those who don’t like direct sun. Only one criticism as others have put, only one English speaking channel.

Good location, large rooms. Road in morning is a little noisy. Beds are really comfortable. Pool and amenities are alright.

Great location, really nice rooms, very clean too. My only gripe was that the pool area is quite small and there’s not enough sun beds. Everything else was fantastic though.

Lovely hotel, really comfy beds and spacious room (junior suite?) only 2 issues, the. Hotel offered incentives one being 1 free breakfast morning. Expected to just be able to use this incentive but arrived in the restaurant to be led to reception to be told we couldn't have it without completing a review. Then they got a pen and highlighted this condition even though I hadn't complained. Couldn't really give a review until the end of the stay so although a nice gesture not worth all the running around for sake of a few euros to eat out. Pool area is lovely but never enough beds for size of the hotel. The hotel is lovely though and spotless

The hotel has good location 5-8 from beach promenade. Good service , good food and bar service. Pricing is ok for this 3-4 star hotel. AC system was not good, making noise in the night. Terrace had no sun in , this was in end of November.

This hotel has great potential, but it's not there yet. It's a bit hard to write a review as it feels that the hotel is currently going through a transition. The anemities all look great and are definitely up to par for a 4-star hotel. However, the inside - especially the rooms - are rather sad. It looks like the hotel has been in disrepair for years and they are currently trying to fix it all (which is needed). For example: The rooms were very clean. However, there was a cockroach in the bathroom (which is impossible to prevent if there is a centimeter wide gap between toilet bowl and wall) and there is dirt and mould in all small ridges. Not the kind you can clean easily, but the kind that got there due to bad cleaning throughout the years: The kind that can only be cleaned by a special cleaning company, but even better: needs a renovation to fix. Like mentioned before: The room was as clean as it could be (we checked that very thouroughly). The only thing that wasn't clean was the railing on the balcony (it was sticky and brown/grayish rather than white). I think the hotel may change it's name soo to a Cooee hotel. Once all updates are done. If it gets a good renovation, this place will definitely be worth the 4 stars it gets. Maybe even get to 5 stars.

I Got the room next to the lift you that was not Nice at all

Just back from here and was very disappointed this year,the staff working in the kitchen were handling the cutlery for breakfast etc with no gloves on as we could watch them from our balcony (not one hoot given regarding COVID).A couple of days we spent at the pool and no not once were the toilets cleaned,sprayed or even toilet roll replenished,they also advertise that the rooms have a 24 or 48hr empty period between guests for EXTRA COVID precautions the people next to us were barely out the street and the hotel had new guests in the room,rubbish and dishes lying around the corridors inside till late afternoon early evening,felt really let down especially choosing here as our first holiday since the pandemic 😷

Clean and well-sized rooms, central Playa del Ingles location. The hotel charge for drinking water at meals, which we found odd. Food was adequate if somewhat bland and uninspiring. Restaurant is quite a small area.

Great location for beach goers, easy walk to and from the beach. The pool area was nice, but crowded. The food was tasty and plentiful at a very reasonable price. The front office staff was very helpful. They help us resolve a problem with our rental car, acting as translators, since our Spanish skills are limited. It's not a fancy or posh hotel but very comfortable with nice size and nicely appointed rooms. If we returned to the island we most likely would make this our first choice for lodging

Shortage of sun beds, lovely area at the back of hotel but because it was early in the year the sun wasn’t on it.

The room was spacious but a lot of renovation needed.

Modern, fresh look and decent sized rooms. Well maintained pool and outdoor area. Clean and in a good central location - not far from the beach and well served by local shops, bars and restaurants.

Stay was lovely ... WiFi is but off and on after paying for it .. one reception team member rude .. also when you hang you towels up they still get changed why ask us to hang them up if you don't want them changed
