Everything is dirty ( beds - bathroom- kitchen) Very bad view and very bad location with no parking… staff not helpful at all .. i am back from work at 8pm but they told me we don’t have any food the chef wasn’t there

The staff are very friendly and helpful when it comes to almost everything, the apartments are extremely clean with an amazing view of the ocean, very strict with everyone entering the residence other than residents which makes it ultra safe! Overall, such a wonderful place to stay!

Honestly? Nothing. Anything that was a concern for me and my family was addressed in the beginning before checking in and it was well handled by the staff.

The reception was surprised they had a reservation from booking.com although it was pre-paid. It took them around 20 minutes to check if there was a reservation and empty apartments at all! The place wasn't clean. We found garbage in the toilet basket, and the place was clearly not cleaned nor sanitized before giving us the keys. The sea view isn't a full view, actually there is buildings in the right and left limiting your view to just what's in front of you (around 7 meters of sea view)
