Dieses liebenswerte kleine Haus wurde in diesem Jahr neu auf dem nächtlichen Mietmarkt in einem eher vielseitigen alaskischen Stil renoviert. Wir haben einige der alten Alaska mit frischen Looks kombiniert, um einen äußerst charmanten Effekt zu erzielen. Bitte beachten Sie, dass sich die Schlafzimmer in diesem Haus im Obergeschoss befinden, während sich das Badezimmer im ersten Stock befindet.
Das Hotel liegt günstig in der Nähe der Stadt, an der hinteren Ecke des Grundstücks, haben Sie einen privaten Garten, viele Parkplätze und einen spektakulären Blick auf Kachemak Bay und die schneebedeckten Kenai Mountain Range. Es gibt Decks auf beiden Ebenen über die gesamte Breite des Hauses. Nach Süden ausgerichtet, fangen Haus und Deck die volle Sonne bis in die Abendstunden ein. Beide Decks bieten Sitzgelegenheiten zum Entspannen, zum Kaffee trinken (oder was auch immer!) und nehmen Sie die außergewöhnlichen Ansichten auf.

The cabin was well appointed with VERY comforable beds and pillows and the views were stunning. It was just a short drive down to The Spit where we saw lots of people meandering through. A nice drive up East End took us to Eveline park where you could see glaciers. .wertheonger.

We spent most of our time looking at the incredible view! We loved the house and the art and history but most of all we loved seeing the moose every day and the sandhill crane. We would definitely stay here again.

Second summer we stayed in this home. Clean and great location. The moose picture with the online property pictures is for real. Arrived home after dinner our last night to find a mother moose and two calves bedded down in the front yard. Only in Alaska!

What a lovely stay in Homer. Cabin was quiet, clean and cozy. Just a short drive into town or to the spit. Beautiful view from the front decks. And a super special morning visit from Momms Moose and her two calves. Phyllis was a joy to work with. Hope to return again soon!

We were two adult couples and enjoyed our four night stay. The home was comfortable and the location incredibly convenient to all sights in and around Homer. The view was stunning and the grounds beautiful and immaculate! We were visited by two sandhill cranes, a nice treat. Check in couldn’t have been easier. We had no problems, but knew if we did we could have easily reached the owner.

Wonderful property. Awesome views. Two bedrooms, tv room and deck upstairs. Bathroom, kitchen, laundry, dinette and porch downstairs. Be able to navigate the stairs for bathroom access, no bathroom upstairs. Temporary road construction noise nearby was the only negative. July 2022

What a beautiful house in Homer! Perfect for our fishing trip stay. The view from both decks was amazing! Comfortable beds, great kitchen, everything we needed. Such an easy check in and out too. I highly recommend this property!

Quick weekend
Great location, quick bike to town, quiet spot at the base of East Hill. Adorable little house, cozy, and have everything you might need for a relaxing weekend. We had a gorgeous sunny weekend so the 2 decks were a great spot for morning coffee and of course the view is spectacular! Thanks again for a lovely stay.

Highly Recommend!
My niece and I had a wonderful stay at Fern Creek home. It was warm, comfortable, kitchen well supplied, with large windows out to spectacular views of Kachemak Bay and the mountainous State Park across the Bay. The location of the house is super, close to downtown, the grocery, the airport and the Spit. We highly recommend it and hope to have the opportunity to stay there next time we are in Homer.

Perfect oasis with Homer charm
Everything was exactly as pictured and described. A beautiful cabin with easy access to all your Homer favorite shops, restaurants, and the spit. You can easily do everything or absolutely nothing. We spent mornings and evenings enjoying the views offered by the second level deck, including glaciers and Kachemak Bay. The Hosts were lovely and very easy to communicate with.

Second time staying, and just as good as the first!
My partner and I stayed at this house for a ‘stay cation’ in 2020. We were so happy that we brought our family to stay this year. Kit and Phyllis are lovely hosts and easy to communicate with. The property has stunning views of the bay. It’s dog friendly, so our furry family member was able to join us. Lastly, it’s in a quiet neighborhood away from the tourist riff-raff. I highly recommend this property!

Warm and very comfortable
Beautiful, cozy cottage, centrally located in Homer. We’ll kept property with plenty of wild life roaming through. Sandhill cranes and moose were around the property most of our 10 day stay there.

Absolutely wonderful stay at the Fern house, clean, comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen, washer/dryer. Could not have been happier with the accommodations. Loved coming home each evening to the cranes in the yard and surprise visit by an adolescent moose. Beautiful views. Thank you!

Lovely cottage
My daughter and I enjoyed our weekend getaway at Fern Creek. Cozy little cottage, with a spectacular view and moose grazing in the yard. Convenient location. Couldn't ask for more. Definitely recommended when in the Homer area.
