New apartments, not so far from city centre, nice cafes and restaurants near the apartment
The apartment looked very nice from the images and I thought that it is a small apart hotel. In reality there are several apartments in the different houses and the reception in separate building. The renovation of apartment is new, however not very high-quality. The bed is very small for 2 and there isn't air condition in room. The most awful thing is a construction works outside, which starts at 6 am in the morning! Finally, the check out was at 11 and we asked to keep luggage at the reception till 12, however even after we informed, called the number of reception, it was closed. We waited 10 minutes and left and received a call from reception, that they are already in, at 11:20. Not the best experience in Warsaw

The room is exceptional. The location is surrounded with restaurants and cafes. We can we the view of Warsaw's landmark, the palace of science and politics, from our room.
We arrived at the hottest day ever and found out that there is no ventilation. We can't found a fan or get an instruction on how to open it. The sleep was uncomfortable since it's quite hot and stuffy.

It was a very strong refresher fragrance, It took a few hours with an opened window to ventilate the apartment

Location is only good for west stations and business centres. You need to take metro to the tourist centre.

Modern apartment in a new building with everything you may need. Staff was also very helpful and fixed the issue with the ventilator in a quick manner. Location is also quite nice, with amenities nearby and few minutes walk to the metro station.
Unfortunately, it seems like some of the previous tenants were not very respectful of the place and there are still some signs of it (who the hell writes with a pen on a rented apartment's wall). Also because I arrived late I had to pick up the key from the security station and the lady there seemed quite upset that I couldn't speak Polish. In general the check-in process could have been a bit better (should have been told in advance that the apartment is in the next building and not in the one specified by the address on the listing).

Perfect place equipped with absolutely everything. Good location and also a cute little terrace :)
The only flaw to mention is that there were no shelves/racks inside the shower cabin at all which was somewhat inconvenient.

I came in late, so they left me the keys in one building which had at a security post, few building away from the building I'm staying, which also had a security post so I had to run with my luggage from one place to another.
In addition:
* The lobby was stinking of cigarettes
* The room was very basic and didn't look like the pictures. The wall could get a good layer of paint, they should open windows from time to time, replace the towels to new ones and can improve the comfortableness of the bed.

Highly recommend this appointment and will definitely stay again in Warsaw! The place is in super quiet, nice area with lots of good restaurants. Very clean and comfy, great kitchen and comfortable bed, very secure too. The stuff explained well how to get there and the check in was fast and easy. Love it! 9.5
I wish for a light blocking curtains, since some windows across are shining all night long. Some small repair to be done for a toilet flush button. The flying pan is needed.

there were A LOT of cockroaches - I’ve killed 3 of them with my own hands, and 10 of them were found on the floor and in the kitchen lying dead (looks like personnel tried to poison them by placing some “special food” below furniture, but this doesn’t help too much). Besides, at 6:00 in the morning we were woken up by the noise of construction of a neighbour building. In general, I do not recommend this apartment.

Great apartments in the center of Warsaw. A few minutes with a scooter and you are already in the heart of the city.
Shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. 10min walk to Nocny Market, a great place to eat and drink in an authentic place :)
We had no problems with parking.

The apartment where great. Spacious. Location was good, the neighbourhood looked like business center area and was clean and looked safe.
No air conditioner so in the morning the room temperature was a little higher but no big deal.

Construction works going near the building started really early, but there is nothing to blame apartment for and dishwasher was a bit rusty.
