The proximity to the airport

The place was in need of maintenance. The passage light sensor was faulty making the light switch off and on randomly through out the night Although the property mentioned AC, there was no remote provided and was told no AC as it was cool outside not factoring in the need for ventilation in a stuffy room. The sheets were also pretty worn-out.

No swimming pool or gym, but so does the majority of other hotels in Korea. So there's no fault there. Just including this for a transparent review. Nothing else I didn't like.

This place is fine if you're on a tight budget, have made a clear plan in advance for where you will go and how you will get there (including for meals), and if you are a good sleeper. If not, then I suggest paying a little more to stay somewhere else. The facilities were basic but no problems, the place was clean, the owner was helpful. It's a short bus ride (or a 25 min walk) to the intercity bus terminal.

Meal options near the hotel (especially breakfast) are very limited. The building was quite old and showing signs of wear and tear. There is no elevator. The windows are just covered with translucent screens, so it doesn't block out light from outside. My fridge was very loud (I unplugged it the second night and slept much better).

The beds were comfy, the stay was cheap. I would say you get the experience for the price you pay, which was cheap.

The host couldn't organize an earlier check in, the host wasn't very responsive, we got a late response. Luckily we had a Korean so there wasn't a problem in communication. The rooms were very cold.

I used this hotel only for one night. Overall I think it was good. My only problem is that the room smelled a lot of cigars smoke. I hated that.
