Excellent stay. Spacious, clean apartment for our family of four. Wonderful.

The hotel was excellent! The staff was very helpful and always friendly! The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. The only down side is that it is relatively close to the train station, so sometimes you have to walk through that area, which is not pretty, when coming back from the city center. But overall, we would stay again.

This hotel is quite convenient and close to Frankfurt Central Station. This is also perfect for family. You can request connecting rooms for a family of 4 or more. Unfortunately our reservations were screwed up. The front desk thought our assigned rooms were connecting to each other however they were not and in two separate sides of the hotel even though the room numbers are in numerical order. We needed to request to switch room next to the other room but it turned out to be a smaller room. Other than this, the rooms come with all appliances you may need, washer, fridge, microwave, Nespresso machine and dishwasher.

Great concept of mini apartment as a hotel. Big rooms, friendly staff, great location to get around Frankfurt. If you’re into shopping malls, one right next door for all your needs.

Great hotel. Except I requested an extra bed before checking in and offered to pay for it. They said yes and they would provide at no additional cost. However, no extra bed when we checked in which was sad because the hotel was actually nice.

Did not get a chance to look around the area much as we were there for just one night due to a lay over flight, but seemed like a nice business area. Very quiet on the Sunday we left. Acommodations were fantastic! Very clean, beds were very comfortable and shower water pressure was just what my achy body needed after and prior a long flight home. Apartment was set up with anything you could possibly need for a longer stay, even a washing machine to do your own laundry.

Our flight was rerouted to another city. We had booked the hotel in advance for our family to stay for a few days. When we were informed of the flight change we contacted the hotel and tried to cancel. This was over a month before the planned stay. We had hoped that because the flight change was not our plan or idea that we could reach an agreement about a partial reimbursement. The hotel staff decided not to. It was frustrating and disappointing, it was a lot of money for our family and we certainly will not be booking here ever again. Hotels.com did speak to the staff at Adina on our behalf, but the decision was made against us. When we tried to contact Adina staff ourselves they refused to speak to us. The customer service team for Hotels.com was kind and understood our predicament, I was grateful for their help in what was a very stressful situation.

AC was rather weak

We stayed here for euro 24. The staff are all very friendly, the rooms are large and the beds are comfy. We had a free safe, air conditioning and a fridge/cooker etc. The rooms are very quiet. There is a fridge and air con in the room that produce slight background noise, but genuinely i slept soundly every night. Our room was cleaned every few days. The hotel is a 4 minute walk from the nearestvunderground station, and a 10 minute walk from the main railway station. Its a nice area. The railway station can be a bit daunting as a lot of homeless / drug use, however, we were never hassled or bothered once, and we passed through it multiple times. Thats one thing to say about Germany, everyone we encountered was friendly, and we felt safe the entire time. Grrat apartments, and if im back in Germany again, i'd use Adina.

I stayed at this property for 4 nights, the apartment hotel is clean, comfortable, spacious (studio premiere category), staff is polite and competent. I really enjoyed my stay, will be back if I visit Frankfurt again.

Perfect location

We liked the amenities offered when we were researching hotels in Frankfurt. It had a kitchen and laundry area. The room was comfortable but not all the lights worked. One of the pendant lights by the small table, the globe hallway light that also lit the kitchen area as well as one of the lights above the stove did not work. I called the front desk three times and went directly to speak with them twice after that. Everyday I followed up but they kept saying the same thing that they would send a technician. We checked in on May 31st and checked out on June 6th. The lights were never fixed. Not one update was sent to us. It was poor communication. It was very difficult to avail of the kitchen and laundry without proper lighting. It should have been fixed before we checked in or they could have given a better room. It didn’t live up to our expectations. Each person I spoke with didn’t seem to care. I asked politely with each follow up as I didn’t want to complain and be that loud tourist with a US passport. But perhaps they saw me as Asian and just didn’t give any priority. I’ve traveled and stayed in so many hotels before for business and pleasure. This isn’t a 4-star hotel they claim it to be. Also forget about parking at this hotel. There wasn’t any availability for the duration of our stay. They shouldn’t advertise that there is parking at all. The parking option was misleading.

Clean and spacious with laundry facilities and car park. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

This place was so much nicer than I expected for the rate. The suite was clean, well maintained and well equipped. My suite had its own clothes washer +drier! Plus responsive staff, and they have literally thought of everything. They had an umbrella I could check out! The closest thing to a downside is that they only serve breakfast and no other meals in the restaurant. But with a mall about a 2 minute walk away, it didn't matter.

if you're looking for a budget hotel with a kitchen and washing machine, this is ideal. The room thermostat wasn't working but it's overall a great deal. Skyline Plaza next door is convenient too. It's not the prettiest neighbourhood if you're there as a tourist

Fantastic property right next door to the Skyline shopping area. The train station is a short walk. Spacious rooms and great staff.

Great property/stay. Near construction site, small parking garage behind hotel. Overnight parking prices seem excessive. Wjsh there was more parking at hotels for free like in the US. Just something to get used to here.

Very convenient for an extended stay.

This is the first time staying in the Adina Hotel as I usually have stayed in the Marriott. I needed to do laundry and the fact each room has its own machine is wonderful (just wish the operating instructions were either symbols or English). In addition I loved the overall design of the room. Combining comfort, efficiency and thoughtful function - I don't think I've ever been in a room as well thought out and designed as in the Adina. It's my new hotel in Frankfurt.

Lovely hotel, fantastic location. However, the staff at the front desk couldn’t be more indifferent and couldn’t care less. Not sure if the general inability to speak in English or sheer indifference but the team at front desk couldn’t even manage a smile. Next time I will go to a place I feel more welcome

I have been a regular guest at this hotel for several years, visiting a few times annually. My experiences have always been positive, which is why my recent stay was particularly disappointing. After a long day, I returned to my room to find it had not been cleaned. Confused, I approached the front desk for clarification. I was informed that the hotel had changed its policy and now only cleaned rooms every few days. Guests were required to reserve room cleaning services the night before. Accepting this new policy, I requested my room to be cleaned the following day. However, my expectations were not met. Returning from a taxing day at work, I was dismayed to find my room in the same uncleaned state. Towels were unchanged, garbage bins full, and no replenishment of essential items like shampoos. It was disheartening to see that my room hadn't been attended to at all during my three-day stay. For someone traveling for business, hotel cleanliness is paramount, and having to worry about cleaning my room is the last thing I need. While I have been fond of this hotel, the lack of basic housekeeping services has significantly marred my experience. I hope the hotel reconsiders its policies to better accommodate the needs of frequent travelers like myself.

The apartment was very spacious for two of us. Great coffee pod machine. The washer and dryer really helped us as we were at the end of our journey, no dirty washing to take home. The location is fantastic, 50 metres from Skyline Plaza and about 20 minutes to train station. Staff were helpful. Highly recommend this place to stay

The customer service was above average. The bed was comfortable. The room was very spacious. Our room had a terrible food odor. So it made the room feel dirty. The front desk would not give me a drying rack even though the dryer in the room leaves clothes damp after a two hour dry process. We planned to wash clothes here for the remainder of our trip but we only could get one load done. Major disappointment for us. We don’t recommend using the washer dryer unless you are desperate because it’s not efficient at all. Half the speed as modern appliances.
