Is on the 6th/top floor with a great view of the beach. Nice hot tub and easy access to the beach. The second bedroom, not the master, is right on the hallway opposite the elevator. Can hear the elevator and passengers and on a Saturday night was busy until well after midnight. Use a sound app to block it out. Had a problem with the cable not working. The property manager was quick to respond.

Great condo on the beach. The rooms and living area were smaller than we expected, but the kitchen is large enough for a dance party. It was perfect for 4 friends and a getaway weekend. **Bring your own laundry pods if you plan to do laundry. Only 1 was provided.** See Ally at the bar on the first floor near the beach access and pools — she was the highlight!

The balcony was nice and the pools were wonderful.

This top floor unit has everything you need. We enjoyed the space in the actual unit as well as the tiki bar, pool, and beach access.

The condo was perfect for our needs . Two adult couples with two bedrooms and two baths , nice layout . Everything was great , cleanliness, washer and dryer . Oh and beach chairs and towels . Also really enjoyed the onsite cafe , had breakfast there every morning. Food was very good and reasonably priced . Pool was great ,hot tubs were great and the gulf of mexico right outside your door . Couldn't have asked for a better stay .

The condo was in a perfect location in Treasure Island. There are many options for dining nearby and in St Pete Beach. The condo was nicely furnished, exceptionally clean and well stocked. Instructions were very clear regarding check in and check out. I enjoyed my stay here and will probably return to this condo.

It was an annual girls trip.

Perfect place for a family of six. They had an extra air mattress so all of us sleep comfortably. There’s a Publix nearby by to get miscellaneous things to cook. Check in was easy and the hosted let me check in early because I was driving from Virginia for 16 hours. Everything was lovely thank you.

The place was beautiful, the view was beautiful, close to John's Pass. This was the perfect place i couldn't ask for anything more. We will definitely book thisplace again

We traveled for a long weekend and the unit was just as described. I really appreciated the stocked items throughout that made our stay much more relaxing. My son likes to cook and he was pleased with the amount of spices available. The unit had plenty of bath & beach towels, bed linens and the chairs for the beach was a bonus. I also appreciated the amount of starter supplies that made shopping minimal. The unit provided paper towels, plenty of toiletries as well as detergent for both dishwasher and laundry. The unit also had coffee both for a regular coffee pot as well as pods. I did forget ice however it was available for purchase in their dining area which was a nice plus. The unit also had a few odds and ends that we appreciated such as aloe and other beach toys. The u it also provided a pack and play and small high chair if you have little ones. We really enjoyed the unit and would recommend it to anyone.

We had a great stay, proximity to the beach was fantastic and the property was nicely stocked and clean.

Our vacation experience at your lovely condo was exactly as we hoped, and exactly as described on your vrbo site. The extra bonuses of the amazing view from the balcony, the pool and hot tub area, and how beautiful this particular beach is, plus the cafe and the beach bar were so handy and fun! The cafe had great food at decent prices with friendly staff, which was honestly surprising and so nice. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. Bed was super comfortable. We would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Owners were great to work with. They provided lots of info prior to check in and were quick to answer once we arrived. On-site restaurant had excellent food / service. Covered reserved parking was an added bonus.

The Condo was exactly as described. Close to many restaraunts. Clean grounds. Covered parking. Nice size pool. Beautiful beach view.

We a couple of issues with our stay. I messaged Rick prior to booking to ask about the garage height since we would be using a cargo box on top of the car. The property company told him the entrance was 7 feet tall, which would have fit our car fine. When we arrived, the actual height was 6’ 8”. We exceeded height restrictions and had to park outside, away from the rental unit. While not a huge issue, it certainly would have been nice to park our new car inside during the frequent storms during our stay. One of the primary reasons for choosing this location was because of all the great reviews on cleanliness. After getting settled, we quickly realized how disgusting things were. The shower had mold all around the tub and shower curtain, and the shower head looked like it had never been cleaned. The towels and bedding had stains and hair on them. The toilets were not cleaned and there was still hair on them. There was even food still baked on the inside of the microwave. We found used tissues under the bed and behind the bedroom door. We didn’t want to deal with all this on vacation, so we just went to Target and bought our own items to make it through the week. Rick’s mailing address was in Tennessee, so I thought maybe he didn’t actually see the place very often. I sent him an email and included photos of all the issues. He thanked me for the images and forwarded them to his wife and probably the lady in charge of cleaning it. There was no apology or any real acknowledgement of how this disgusting mess would impact our family vacation. I did ask to not have our vacation interrupted by cleaning people coming in and doing it while we were there. We felt this should have been done prior to our arrival. Even so, at a minimum I would have thought that an apology would be appropriate considering we felt it was bad enough to go purchase new towels and bedding. This definitely wasn’t what we had planned for a beach vacation. They even had the nerve to ask for return business during our checkout. Overall, the location and actual unit were great. It was just extremely dirty and unfit for anyone with little kids that like to touch everything. The customer service was also subpar. I know if I was on the other side, I would be embarrassed and bending over backwards to make it right. We never asked for a refund, or reimbursement of the expenses to purchase new items for the week. A simple sincere apology would have gone a long way.
