We had a great stay. Though on the smaller side, the home had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking full meals. My son reported that the Queen bed was not the most comfortable, but no other complaints. The location of this house is excellent if you want to be close to the water, but a little farther away from the crowds. As always, booking directly through Paradise Beach Homes is the best! I appreciate that there are no excessive fees or complicated checkout instructions. If you bring a dog, be advised that the entry gate is very short with wide gaps. A small dog or a good jumper could probably escape.

The property, though older, is well-maintained and the amenities are high-quality. The beds and linens were clean and comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was super. Kitchen was well-stocked (again with quality cookware and utensils) and daily necessities were provided - plenty of soap, shampoo, dish soap, laundry supplies, etc. Truly, our only complaint was that the can opener was dull and didn't cut through the lid. I would recommend replacing it.

Perhaps the best review one can give is to book the same location twice in a row. This was our second stay at this property, and we already booked our third for 2025! A very nice, quiet location, with quick access to a secluded section of the famous beach. Well equipped. Large driveway is great for our travel van. As with our last stay, the property was very clean. Nice to have everything on one level too. (Just one very minor suggestion--you might add a house number somewhere. We had a few deliveries showing up that should have went the house next door--but no big deal.)

Pensacola island has always been my vacation of choice the last 15 years , so kept . We just love this home. We love a home on the ground to be more near the sand and landscape beach feel . It’s was my Mother’s Day and Christmas destination and enjoyed it so much . I have a very old dog who can’t climb , we bring his playpen to stay inside and he has the perfect nice size fenced back yard and large patio to stay on . This home smells so fresh and very very clean . It has everything you need for the perfect stay . Everything is so nicely done inside and out . The master bedding is heavenly and has its own separate private patio connected with privacy fence . The top balcony breath taking view of surroundings with plenty of seating for night or day. The bottom patio is just a perfect sectional for outdoor relaxing anytime also . Outdoor Lighting is so perfect . It was cool in the summer and very warm in the winter . We love to shop at all the many gift shops and eat at crabs , flounders and take out from the reef restaurants . Our stay was relaxing at this beautifully designed home and taking walks on the beach and neighborhood . When you check in at paradise beach rentals , the women they’re so very nice . We just love this home and can’t wait to come back here for another stay ! Christmas at the island is way to beautiful !

The single level makes it easy with pets and kids. The second bathroom is great, but note that you do have to go outside to access it.

This house was amazing! Plenty of space. The kitchen was well stocked. Beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels were supplied, which was fantastic. We always travel with those items so next year we will lighten our load! Lots of outside space to enjoy. The beach walk was close and the beach was relativity private. Perfect small house. I appreciated the quality of the towels-so thick and luscious-the house was exceptionally clean. I have rented about 7 different houses-this one is by far the best. Location is literally a few steps to the beach. Everything we needed was provided. We have dogs and always carry a coverlet but when we arrived one was already on sofa. I hope all pet owners treat this house properly so it stays in great condition as we plan on renting this every time we are in Pensacola.

Just a great location! Far enough away from town to be quiet but literally steps from the beach. This is a perfect size for a couple looking to escape the winter. Property was very clean and well equipped, especially the kitchen. There were unexpected nice touches like dish, laundry and big bars of Dove soap, brand name shampoo and conditioner, stacks of towels and big beach towels, all the paper products, beach toys and chairs -- really everything we could possibly want to have a wonderful stay. The beach, especially at this quieter time of year, is beyond compare -- and we've been to Tahiti, Hawaii and more southern FL. The access to such a beach was the highlight and will be why we plan to return again and for longer and stay once again at this charming, comfy beach home.

From the moment we walked into this home we felt completing comfortable. A group of friends from various parts of the country met to enjoy a relaxing getaway after Christmas. We all kept commenting how much we loved the mid-century style of the home, the tasteful remodel, and how well-appointed it was. Cooking every evening was a breeze in this open and well-stocked kitchen. We also loved the proximity to the beach just across the street. Sunrises and sunsets are hard to beat on Pensacola beach and are worth the effort of an early morning walk on the beach! Our dogs loved the fenced back yard and walks in the neighborhood. Thanks so much for sharing your incredible space with us. We will definitely be back!

After staying in 1207 Ariola 3 times, I will be booking it the 4th as soon as possible! The home is immaculate, most relaxing for a peaceful vacation. Beautiful backyard with a great gathering area. Plenty of space for pets to play and explore. So well maintained you will want for nothing. If you do need something the manager’s at Paradise are very friendly and ready to help with anything! I can’t possibly say enough about this home, just steps from the beach.

Our family of 4 really enjoyed this charming beach house. It's only seconds to the beach. The furnishings are lovely and comfortable. The house was incredibly well-stocked in terms of the kitchen tools, towels, toiletries, and beach gear. We felt very well-cared for! And this seems silly to comment on but there are an abundance of hooks to hang towels and wet bathing suits. It's a little thing but surprising how many beach houses lack in this area. I guess it's just one small example of how thoughtful and smartly appointmented this gem is. The outdoor areas were great and made the space seem twice as large. We brought our pups and they loved the fenced in yard. We will absolutely stay here again if we have the chance! P.S. My 9-year old son says to try the mashed potatoes at the Grand Marlin. Highly recommended. Lol...

This is our 2nd time staying in Ariola 1207. We loved it last summer and it was just as good this summer! It might be a smaller house, but it’s so nice and clean on the inside! It has so much personality with the cute decor and rooftop deck. Did I mention the location? It’s just a skip, hop, and a jump across the street from the beach! We will be back next year with paradise beach homes, just in a bigger house on this street, because we are bringing family!! You can’t go wrong with this cute little house!
