had used sandals in the room under the sofa. not cleaned properly. sofa was broken

I love the location and the space.

The couch is dirty. Curtains are dusty. I had to ask the staff to change the linen. I couldn’t sleep because I’m not convinced that the bed was cleaned properly. The towels were dingy.

lack of small towels, no microwave, no detergent, no detergent for wash. Need newer pillows.

Very little!

It is very loud, the windows do not close properly. The bathroom has mould, the furniture are broken, cutlery and glasses only for three people (in a two-bedroom flat), the kitchen is empty, nothing to wash up or wipe down, stains and burn holes everywhere. No pictures, nothing to cheer you up. If you ask for something, it is refused! The management of this place should be ashamed of themselves!

Master Bedroom its satisfying, but bathroom, too much small flies and smell not good. Some stuff at kitchen not work properly, kitchenware minimum. Some dish dusty, no balcony, sad.

Big Refrigerator, Hot water, Washing machine was perfect. I get big room with dining table and Air conditioning, enough cold. I will rather more happier if my room had a balcony

Need over al maintanance, bathroom door was jam, Drainage was getting blocked, cockroaches moving around in bathroom and bedroom, balcony lock was broken, staff doe not now much English, Breakfast manu was mainly local
