TV was not working. No one came to hand over the apartment and ensure that I am comfortable. It was mentioned in the message by host that some one will come. Moreover my request for early check in was not honoured even though it was possible. Even one hour early che in would have helped.
I was informed that exactly at 1.30 some.one will call. I did not get call and I called at 1.45.
Disappointed by this.

Bloody idiots atleast check and update in ur app their is no hotel by this name and it's a scam they ask u to put money and they switch off their mobile.and if u reach the location following the Google map their no such hotel located their .

the property is located near to city centre in a gated apartments building completely secure.
the staff were really good, kind and reliable.
I had left few clothes back in the property they approached me back on it and couriered it as per my request.

This is a property (apartment) located inside a secluded apartment complex. Service apartment, so to say. Since the property itself is secluded, you'd have to find your way to it, with a bit of dexterity & alacrity. The insides of the complex and the interiors of the apartment are very good. Security access controlled, clean apartment, maintained very well, soft mattresses, free flowing (drinking & washing) water facilities, comfy air conditioning, blazing fast WiFi and user-friendly facilities are the ones I'd highly recommend this property for.
If you are travelling for business, you'd not get a bill. This is more an private tourists' home & the property address is shared with you once you complete payment only. The property will be ready only when it is due for you to check-in. Hence plan your arrival carefully. This is not for you if you are flying in the morning or arriving early morning by train. Not easily spotted when you are taking an auto or cab as well. You got to have your groceries in hand before you get here. You can't walk across the proverbial park to provide yourself some supplies. I didn't see any in-complex convenience store as well.

Room was clean and comfortable
No one receive ot hand over keys. Everything done over phone and its very confusing for tourists who aren't familiar. There are no restaurants nearby, ateast have to go 2km. The associate had mentioned there are many wuthin 0.5 km which is not true and not sure if zomato or swiggy delibery folks know abt this location. Its in a very secluded area and not many know the place. If having own vehicle and can spend time to figure out the location and restaurants then it's worth it. Otherwise this location isn't tourist friendly. Have to call and ask even for towels and beds; its ridiculous that they don't even keep those ready despite collecting all the details before hand.
