You can send your luggage to the hotel at by CARGO PASS Airporter's service at Fukuoka Airport, so comvenient. The staff of the hotel treated us so nicely.

The size of the room is quite narrow.

The location is a little bit far from central of Tenjin 10 minute by walk but near the famous ramen Shin Shin and Familymart. The good thing is you can walk to Aeon mall around 10 minute too and there have a discount food at underground floor at 7-9 pm.

Clean with basic necessities. Hotel is also very conveniently located. Just 6 min walk from Tenjin station.

Can get a bit noisy at night if you open the hotel window because there is a night club nearby downstairs.

All facilities and amenities are useful and comfy. Staff is very good service. Breakfast is so so good:)

Everything looked exactly like it did in the pictures online. Also, the staff was courteous and very helpful.

The walls were thin, so I could hear the other guests. Also, there was a sound like running water that kept going at night. Not sure what the cause was, but it made it hard to sleep without earplugs.

controlling the air conditioning unit is difficult because some of the labels on the controller were worn off.

the hotel was good , the lobby was interesting and staff was very cute and cooperative with my needs !

Overall, I liked the location and the staff was great, but I will not be returning because of the beds. :-( And just to say it again...I really liked the staff!

the hotel is on a tucked away street in a central location which was great, but across from it was a bar that was loud most nights...AND DURING COVID. Made it difficult to sleep - and on that note re: difficulty sleeping, I had the worst sleep of my life (no exaggeration) here because of the bed. The bed was too hard (like sleeping on the floor). I had to fold the duvet to sleep on it for some comfort. The restless night caused me to have neck stiffness for three days. The staff was nice and provided a pillow and blanket when I asked. - breakfast was pretty basic but still appreciated
