Great location at reasonable cost

Cleaning of the room needs to improve

Room was spacious and comfortable. Some essentials missing but we're provided as soon as asked. Staff very friendly, approachable, responsive and helpful. Washing machine and powder provided. Has dryer option too. Had everything for a comfortable 3 week stay.

Internet connection cut out while using streaming services. Worked after resetting but required a reset fairly often.

Well situated for local MRT station.

Exzellente Lage südlich der Orchard Road und nahe der Somerset MRT-Station. In der Umgebung zahlreiche Supermärkte und Food Stalls. Praktisch der Washer/Dryer im Studio.

Insgesamt für meinen Geschmack etwas viel "industrial chic" bzw. karge Einrichtung. Ich würde meine Unterkunft keinesfalls als "Deluxe Studio" bezeichnen: Karge Möblierung, kahle Wände, spärliche Ausstattung der Küchenzeile, die nicht wirklich eine war mit z.B. einer einzelnen Kochplatte. Also, man kann es aushalten, richtig gemütlich wird es aber nicht... Nebenan von Montag - Samstag Baulärm, hierauf wurde allerdings im Vorhinein hingewiesen.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Rooms are comfortable and have basic cooking and laundry facilities. Location was amazing - walking distance to several metro stations, Orchard Road, restaurants, and convenience stores.

The building is old and could use a repaint and minor repairs throughout. Small conveniences were often missing eg towel rails in the bathroom and lamps by the bedside. Security could be improved by using keycards for after-hours building access.

Location was good as it was central in the city.

Extra pillows and duvets would be good.

Nice room, good size

A foul, nauseating smell was present in my room whenever I turned on the air conditioning, when I asked staff to help they just said it’s fine.

Very friendly and helpful staff; clean and comfortable room; good air-con; close to 24 hour supermarket; close to MRT station and shopping malls.

The hotel warned us of construction going on at a neighbouring building before we arrived. The construction noise was noticeable during the day but it wasn't much of a problem or annoyance.

The location was excellent: close to a nice 24-hr grocery and to the Somerset MRT station. Staff was very helpful. We booked a studio and were upgraded to 1 bedroom unit complimentary.

Older building, minimal cooking facility (no kitchen, no dishwashing sink, induction hot plate, small microwave, very small fridge), very skimpy on dishes and utensils, noisy from nearby construction during the day, no safe.

The location especially, as it's strategic to anywhere in Sg, be it buses or trains. Very close proximity to Orchard Road where the heartbeat is. The studio deluxe room is just enough for the 2 of us. A toaster was given us foc. The best is the washer comes with dryer, and foldable clothes hanger served us very well due to humidity we had many change of clothes. The kitchenette is just sufficient for our basic use. Overall, the staff were very attentive and responsive, requests attended without delay. Special thanks to Luana, Christine, Arasan and May. Thank you once again, may return should the need arises.

The only downside was no reception to free to air TV except for Netflix which was excellent. Anyway, that's not an essential.

Location was excellent, room was a bit small but very functional and clean and it suited me perfectly. the Washing machine and microwave were extremely handy

Close to super market. MRT station.

No room service for whole week. Room was dirty and they provide only 2 toilet rolls. Week after to tell them to change bed sheets and towels. Front desk staff were friendly and nice. When we pay for accommodation then they told us that there is construction going on next door. Work start's 7am to 8pm. Very bad business. Not recommend.

Good location, and perfect room size (with the balcony).

Cleaners did not change the towels or wash the dishes on the designated cleaning day. She put the towels back on the rack even if it was already on the floor. Weird considering that cleaning was only done twice a week.
