The room is very clean.

Everything - room, cleanliness. Has smart tv in the room when most 5 star hotels don't even have that. Great value for the price. Short distance to town within 10-15min depending on traffic.

Poor sound proofing. Can hear chair drags, water flowing sounds & other guests sound as early as 7am which disturbs your rest. Parking - limited spaces. Could be a hassle if come back to hotel late night. Small room & bathroom space but it isn't that bad given the price point.

Room was good. I like how there was a safe in my room. I liked the location of my room with the window looking at the road. Bathroom good. They used a nice air freshener or something, the corridors smelt nice to me.

Soundproofing could be better.

All the staff is top class service. Better than some 5 star hotels. Super value for money for all the 5 star amenities and comfort. Let me break down : Air conditioning- excellent especially in this hot weather Shower- hot and good pressure shower. Good size bathroom. Very clean. Most amenities are there. Bed- not the best but at least I had 4 pillows. Location- near to Markota parade, Jonker street. Quiet even if my room faces the main road. Security- I felt safe even when the reception is not 24 hours. Friendly security guard guarding my car and compound as we sleep. Amenities- all the 5 star amenities. Like the filtered water dispenser outside our room. They deserve a 9.5 and I will definitely recommend my friends to stay here. Will be back for sure👍🏼

If only the car park is sheltered. Should build a sheltered pouch for cars to park under the hot sun and sheltered for unloading luggage in case of bad weather.

Schone ruime kamer, het rook overal lekker in de lobby. Goede douche. Je loopt zo het gezellige centrum in.

Het was wat gehorig, de douche van de buren hoorde je ontzettend goed.

Hotel is located within 1-2 km of popular attractions. We had a nice time walking to Jonker Street, A'Famosa Hill, Little India, etc. The hotel looks new and very well kept. Our room and bathroom were very clean. We appreciated the air-conditioned hallways and Netflix on the large flatscreen TV.

The elevator was a bit slow.

Great staff, hotel is really new and offers great accommodation. All floors have a hot and cold water filter which is excellent, jugs are also provided in the rooms to carry water (really a very smart and sustainable solution).They offer bikes for rent. The road in front is quite bad for walking, but it is possible to access all points of interest within a short walk, Grab works well in the city and is cheap. There are shopping malls and supermarkets a 10-minute walk away.

Unfortunately, the acoustics of the middle rooms leave something to be desired, in the morning guests are not polite and slam the doors, it is also possible to hear when your neighbor is taking a shower.I recommend that you use earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

Everything was satisfactory EXCEPT there is no day-curtain on the window.

The fact tht my debit card was deducted again for my 1 night stay instead of using the amount tht was already deducted frm my current balance in my a/c to guarantee my reservation. I am nt sure whether this is the property policy or booking. com.Although the amount was returned bck to my a/c on the same day I still think the system should nt deduct the amount again upon check-in.What If there is nt enough balance in tht a/c? Shud I use another a/c to pay again upon checking in although the payment has already been deducted frm my available balance days before my check-in date? I would really like some clarification upon dis matter. TQ.

THE NOISE!!! You can hear everything from outside noise to rooms next door talk and alarm clocks going off to people walking in the corridors. If it wasn’t for this I would probably be back.

Very nice and cozy hotel, walking distance from the centre of the town. From the start the lobby looked well kept and the room was very clean and comfortable too. Great value for money.

The staff was very friendly, it was all clean, drinking water provided, even hot water on tap. Rooms were nice and comfortable. It was very good value for your money

The location is the only small minus point. A little walk is needed to the city centre. But the grab is available and on foot it is definitely doable! Beds are a bit hard ( I liked it, my sister didn't).
