Exceptional service. The staff could not have done more to help me during my stay - from a late check-out, to an upgrade for a better view, helping with currency exchange after bank closing hours, late breakfast option after my overnight trip to Madinah. Everyone I encountered was friendly and easy to deal with. I loved the location, near the Corniche without paying crazy prices. I would stay here again.

The whole of the bathroom floor becomes wet easily because of the way the shower is designed, but that is a minor issue.

EXCEPTIONAL for our 6 days in Jeddah! Very close, walking distance to the seaside, restaurants and cafes. Special thanks to Mr Omar who made us feel extremely welcome and has kindly upgraded our room free of charge and gave us the honeymooners room as we stayed here to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. The room was decorated for us and we felt extremely grateful🙏. The room is very modern and clean, the view from our room is beautiful. Front desk and bellmen were friendly, smiling, professional, and always at-your-service. The staff sets this place apart. Starts your day with a smile! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! No negatives at all to this fine hotel and would definitely stay here again in the future

The rooms was very clean and new with a good location, you have walking area : park and Cornish access . The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Omar Lafah which made my stay more comfortable , giving me all the informations I needed for a first time visiting Jeddah. I will definitely recommend and come back here.

parking, facilities, prices are way unreasonable, elevator is not working from parking level in basement we had to take the stairs up. one of the staff is unprofessional totally unfriendly depressed never smile or talk nice to visitors he comes in the afternoon. they are unfixable with checkouts you get kicked out like nothing at 12 Pm and the ignorant recipient informed us like he was threatening, unlike vivid hotel checkouts are tell 3 pm . it was really disappointing experience (. very expensive against poor quality of service) shame !

Staff were very attentive.....good size clean room Hotel receptionist took me to the airport due to a lack of taxis....not even Uber would come to the hotel on this day

Location (potentially)....I had a 09.00 flight and could not get a taxi....not even an UBER The Hotel receptionist ended up taking me after he finished work at 7.00....

Staff was great on check in. Room was exceptional and very big, better than pics. Very clean and balcony has amazing view even if it didnt face the corniche.

Had to pay for some nuts at the end of my trip even though the person who took me up to the room specifically told me i can have it for free.
