Great location and very comfortable stay

The staff used to come in the room without asking or ringing the door

Tolle Aussicht aus dem 8. Stockwerk. Ausreichend kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeiten auf der Straße rund um das Hotel. Bequemes Bett. Service-Anfragen wurden schnell telefonisch und per WhatsApp beantwortet.

Aufgrund eines internen Netzwerkfehlers des Hotelbetreibers war der vorgesehene digitale Check-in zunächst nicht möglich. Zwar konnte das Problem schnell per Telefon und WhatsApp gelöst werden. Trotzdem nicht der optimale Einstieg in ein Hotelerlebnis. Auch hätte das Zimmer bei Ankunft sauberer sein dürfen. So befanden sich im ganzen Raum noch viele Staubflocken und Hinterlassenschaften der Vermieter (z.B. Ohropax).

Ich konnte mein Gepäck auch nach dem Checkout noch einschließen - war praktisch, weil mein Zug erst am Abend fuhr. Zugang zum Hotel auch nach Checkout noch bis 20Uhr möglich. Kostenlose Snacks auf dem Zimmer. Generell hat mir die Zimmerausstattung gefallen.

Im Zimmer war oft ein Summen/Brummen zu hören (Vielleicht der Fahrstuhl?) Tastenfeld im unteren Eingang kaputt. Apps/Browser am Fernseher ging nicht Im Zimmer-Tresor war Batterie (fast) leer und ließ mich deshalb nichts einschließen Waren für mich aber nur Kleinigkeiten.

Check-in was seamless even without reception, location was prime, apartment was very clean. There were free refreshments in the refrigerator.who wouldn't like that ;-)

If you are looking for am apartment with a kitchen for preparing breakfast or something it's probably not the best. The room was supposed to be Air-conditioned but it didn't work and we had to open all the windows every night to avoid sweating but we couldn't sleep properly because of the traffic sounds. An inexpensive Stand ventilator ( table fan) should have saved us from this discomfort.

There were lots of windows in our room so there was a lot of light coming through them.It was very nice.Also the bathroom was very spacious.I recommend this to everyone who wants to stay in Hamburg.

Hotel of the future.

nicely designed room with lots of amenities and free food and snacks. easy check in process. the restaurant downstairs has limited option but is a really good addition

the location while pretty and quiet is far from cafe and restaurants. this can be challenging in Hamburg's famous weather

What a great concept! You check-in the same way you would for a flight and then you receive all the information and access via email. Very convenient with zero fuss. The room/suite was spacious and the three of us were very comfortable in it.

This was one of the best places we stayed on our trip, so I have nothing negative to say :)

convenient parking, 10 minute walk to the S barn to take us into Hamburg

cold sterile atmosphere , no good restaurants near except for the Holiday Inn . it was in a business park

Everything was as expected. You receive the right quality for the price. Everything went smooth with the entrance code etc. The room was clean, beds are good. everything you need is there: soap, shampoo, tea, coffee, water, ... Private parking is €15/day.

It all does feel anonymous because there's no reception or staff and it's a huge building with 12 floors.

Tidy, comfy.room. lovely treats from mini bar, nice notes here and there it made me feel good. Don't understand peeps complaining in comments ab such subjective things like bed's hardness, it's no sense. To me and my wife, the bed was goooooood ;)

The internet connection sucks, though I don't know whose fault that is. I live in this country, the internet here is as flawed as their entire, bloody bureaucracy.

Check in was easy, the place was spacious. They left drinks, coffee and snacks. Communication was done via Whatsapp and I got such quick responses. Location was a bit out of the way, but the train links were good.
