La malhonnêteté de l’hôte durant tout notre séjour qui a essayé de se faire de l’argent sur notre dos en mentant et en inventant un tas d’histoires. Premièrement, elle indique qu’elle propose des excursions à des prix très compétitifs et ce par message que booking. Ne la croyez pas car elle nous a extorqué 6000 CPF sur une sortie lagon en nous indiquant le prix d’une journée complète alors que nous y restions que la demi-journée (preuve de sms avec l’entreprise qui a réalisé l’excursion) De plus, elle nous indique que la location de son scooter pour la demi journée était de 7000 CPF et quand le lendemain nous lui annonçons que nous avons pu en louer un à 5000 CPF pour toute la journée, elle était très en colère et nous a dit que la société de son fils nous le louait pour ce prix finalement et que je devais annuler ma réservation chez le loueur. Chose que nous n’avons pas faite car nous nous sommes aperçus du traquenard qui se jouait. En effet, elle a indiqué que c’est l’entreprise de son fils qui louait le scooter alors que ses 2 fils n’ont même pas 18 ans et aucune société comme vous vous doutez. Quand nous sommes revenus avec le scooter du loueur, elle a refusé que nous le rentrions chez elle, elle était très désagréable, en colère et nous a très mal parlé. Je lui ai alors indiqué que je ne comprenais pas son comportement et je lui ai alors demandé si on avait loué le scooter de son fils si on l’aurait garé dehors et la réponse a été non, ce qui est complètement inadmissible. Sophie nous a indiqué qu’elle avait fait une carrière dans le tourisme, nous avons beaucoup de mal à le concevoir car elle abuse des clients et les prends pour des vaches à lait. Je ne vous déconseille vivement de loger chez elle

Lovely modern apartment, extremely clean and Sophia the owner was very helpful for information about bora bora. We were comfortable and happy there.

Lovely hosts, always available for you. It felt like we spent time at a good friends' place, although the location of the studio at the back of their property provides some independence. Probably the best value in Bora Bora! Plenty of good tips from Sophia and Franck, notably for hikes, excursions, etc. Sophia helped us pick up some things with her car, and was extremely accommodating, for which we are very grateful! You also get a small but appreciated % discount with Avis, from whom we rented a scooter, which is a nice way to discover the island (we reckoned the bikes were too slow and the cars too cumbersome given the size of the island, as opposed to Mo'orea). Excellent bed, and relatively quiet setting, away from the main road, which helped me sleep like a log (admittedly, unless you sleep with earplugs like me, you may hear some cocks or dogs from far away, but it is the same for all the islands in French Polynesia). Brand new and clean. Good room temperature (in June), the ceiling fan helps. Plenty of storage. Bonus: You get one of the greatest experiences in Bora Boara by using the 30% discount they offer on the parasailing activity (as it is actually run by Franck, Sophia's husband). And do yourself a favour, go for the 300m rope, 25 min ride!

I did see the "angry review" that was posted by another user. Even though I cannot deny that some "delighters" that I discussed with them are coming (and I trust Sophia and Franck to get them done), like a curtain or a door between the bathroom and the main room, a splashback behind the stove or very small things like as a dish rack or usb sockets, you need to go there with the right mindset, i.e. you are spending time at a new and clean friends' place, but if you come with an arrogant and elitist mindset, then you should probably rather just go to one of these impersonal resorts and pay the price for it! As for us, we will quite certainly come back!

New and beautiful apartment. Sophie the host was very nice and helped us with all activities and rentals. We would definitely book again!

Completely new appartment, still a work in progress but very convenient and comfortable for our needs. Sophia is a great host . She helped us with everything we needed. I highly recommend this property .
