Our stay was horrible. There were hundreds of bugs all in the bathroom and stuck on the ceiling. The front door didn't close and the bugs were coming in. No one fixed it!!! Then there was no aerator in the bathroom sink and the water was splashing everywhere. No one fixed it!! The fluorescent light in the bathroom was flickering and no one came to change it!!! The breakfast was not good at all. We stood for 6 days and I would like my money back. This was the most horrible stay in any motel we stood at!! Shame on you people for robbing working prople like you do. Never again!!!

Somehow cigarette scent was in the room, the bathroom not sure if it was coming through the vent in the bathroom or the outside.

Great location, because it's one of the only hotels in the Sun City Center area, however, beware that your neighbor may be smoking pot and drinking until 3am. Both nights. Different neighbor. Outside your hotel room on the "balcony" where your door opens so you can get to the parking lot. One room had a cat, the other a dog, and others yet - people doing drugs, making the hotel VERY unsafe and uncomfortable. My wife and I did not feel safe.

Stay was ok. Guests in next room were loud and obnoxious. Shower curtain rod broken so you could not use shower curtain to keep the bathroom floor dry. Pool hours were not dusk to dawn but instead 9 am to 9 pm

It was ok. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. But the bed was really uncomfortable and the pool needs cleaned.. there were dead bugs all inside. I felt it wasn't a great value for the cost.

Although the property is old, it was clean. Friendly staff. We didn't spend much time in the room. It’s a good place for a restful sleep.

When checking in the person checking us in took a photo copy on the copy machine of my credit card and drivers license. I told him that I have never had anywhere do that and was not comfortable with that at all.
He said that was their policy. But then he shredded it after I insisted that was not normal. If it was policy why did he shred it…that was very suspicious!

No tv remote, tried to call the desk but the phone had no cord. Recently updated but they were obviosly more on substance and not detail. Fridge had a high pitch to it and the a/c you went from freezing to sweating as it cycled. Got very little sleep. I thought i would save a few backs from the other side of the insterstate but when i come back in the spring i will go back to the tried and true.

I had a great stay here, and was pleasantly surprised by the condition of the room, the comfort of the beds, and the quality of the breakfast. I wanted to write a special review because of the service I received. I had come into town for a funeral, and I arrived early from a red eye flight and needed an early check-in and without hesitation, they accommodated me and were so kind.

The front desk staff was great. There were people sitting outside on their vehicles drinking and shouting late into the night. I had small children with me so it felt unsafe when we left for dinner and kept us awake at night.

The condition of the room was clean, but in need of freshening up.
Trim work needs to be rapainted & carpet was dirty.
The sink wouldn’t hold water because of a crack & missing portion of the drain escutcheon.
On the plus side, the bed was comfortable & staff was courteous.
The room rate was cheaper than most in the area.
This place was a stopover enroute to another location. For a little more money I’d probably go elsewhere in the future.

WE stayed 3 nights. They didn't hold an incidental fee on my card which I appreciated, due to us paying in advance. The hot breakfast was nice, waffles, eggs, muffins, toast, cereal, fruits, yogurt, juice, coffee, tea, water, etc. There was sausages which I felt were good but could be cooked a little more. The rooms were clean, the bathroom needs a bit more updating. The shower curtain wasn't water resistant so the floor mat would get soaked.The maid was very nice as well as the desk staff. The rooms were a little pricey but we booked last minute. We didn't use the pool, we went to the beach. There are tons of restaurants and stores in walking distance. Parking after a night out was full, we had to use a handicap spot and prayed we didn't get in trouble. This was a good stay for us, we'll be back.

Our stay was wonderful at the Comfort Inn. There were so many so so reviews that I questioned whether it would be a good place. It was really nice! No frills, but very nice, clean, nice staff & comfortable AND reasonably priced!!! There was a beautiful pool, although we didn’t get to use it because of the weather! I would highly recommend staying at the Comfort Inn in Ruskin/Sun City Center again! A
