The staff were friendly and provided paper plates and plastic utensils upon request in the middle of the night. We very much appreciated it, as we tend to stay up late. The ice machine was very close to our room, too. The sheets and towels were clean, and the room was well stocked. We were also away from most other guests due to other rooms being renovated. Also, we found some snails outside at like, 2am, right outside the lobby in the landscaped areas next to the sidewalk, and it absolutely made our trip, as silly as it sounds. We never see snails in our state, so it was a special treat. I mention it because the landscaping drew the snails in, which is awesome.

We shared a wall with the ice machine, which other guests used at ridiculous hours (4-5 am) and woke us both up, because we thought someone had crashed their car, it was so loud in our room. It seems the hotel is undergoing renovations so I won't mention the room conditions. The floor was very dirty from the moment we walked in, like it had not been swept, let alone mopped, in a long while. There was glitter, dirt, unknown materials, and more dirt stuck to my feet, so much that when I stepped into the shower, I left a black footprint on the bottom of the bathtub. Yikes.

Nothing

We tried two different rooms. First one had a live cock roach on the floor and the first bed had bed bugs. So we went to the front office to show them our pictures of the bed bugs so she offered us a different room on the second floor. Went to the second room and that room had bed bugs as well. The front desk girl was as nice as could be. However the supervisors she had to call at 2:10 am to get us our refund did not believe us. Needless to say we did not find another hotel until 3:30 am and finally went to bed.

Easy access

Barely made it with the towels given. There was a small roach in dresser.

Our toilet got backed up and when I went to the desk for help , I was told they couldn't help until morning.

Breakfast was good..enjoyed our time there and will definitely stay again.

The location was good, staff were friendly.

Cleanliness was poor.. dishes left on kitchen table had dead bugs in them. Pocket knife under the bed skirt. Floors were filthy.

the beds and pillows. so uncomfortable. I woke up with a migraine so bad from the poor pillows and mattress, that I was sick all morning. the elevators are very slow. the fact there’s only a couple for that entire hotel is crazy. Starbucks was out of everything all weekend. the pool was not clean and was actually pretty cloudy and slimy.
