Great room and view. Wonderful restaurants attached to the property. Only a few stains in the carpet.

We were upgraded to a suite. It was run down , the couches looked like 2nd hand. The lamp shades had rips. The television in the main bedroom pixilated so much you couldn’t watch it. The main shower never had hot water. All the lamps were old school no ports to charge your phones.

Perfect spot when visiting keybank centre. Parking is across the road but great location and staff!

Clean rooms! Very friendly staff! The air conditioner doesn’t completely cool the rooms and parking is 25 a day. Other than that great stay!!

Needed room for the night, not a lot of frills. The price was great when I booked. $180. Would not stay here if the price was $200-$250+. It was what we needed. The room was 95% clean, a few things on the floor, nothing major (wrapper /piece of candy). I would stay here again. Thank you

I generally liked the facility, but why are the toilet seats the height suitable for a 4 to 5 year old child? My 86 year old husband is 6’tall and weighs over 200 lb! You can picture the difficulty. Also, a grab bar in the shower would be helpful. Perhaps you could arrange a very few rooms to have these features for the elderly and the handicapped.

This hotel is OLD. And yes, renovations are underway but it is long overdue. Our room seemed to not have been updated since the 1960s. The shower/tub combination was outrageous! The AC did not work properly and the hotel was not concerned with fixing it either. I gave them one extra star because the valet service was top-notch.

Hotel was nice but had to pay 25.00 a night to park in their park garage. An unexpected expense.

Everything was fine but they over charged me I booked it for the 153.99 a night not 275.00

The hotel was very situated, lobby was large & inviting despite the construction. Price was excellent compared to other local hotels. No complaints at all.

It was so beautiful and everything everyone was delightful. The only problem I had was them not being upfront with fees

Thin walls and shower was difficult to turn on….dont think shower head has ever been cleaned

The price is disproportionate to the experience. The idea of charging what I paid for one night in downtown Buffalo, only to have to pay extra for parking that was a block away from the site is patently ridiculous. And checking in, I had to ask the young man at the desk to explain where the garage was twice, only to have my wife go back in and ask when we could not find the garage based on his description. The room was reasonably comfortable, but clearly older and poorly maintained. The ceiling over the shower was peeling and the grout hasn't been cleaned in a while. Construction on the lobby floor made things difficult to find and the desk didn't seem too happy about the questions. What was described as a "city view" was actually the lobby roof and the vents, with a building in the distance obscured by said roof and venting. Overall, not what I would have expected from Hyatt and I feel that I substantially overpaid. I realize the rate was higher than usual due to college move-in weekend, but you should earn the higher rate. This property did not.

Front desk give me the key to check in and they said the room was ready but when I get to the room the house keeping is still working to prepare the room and when I confronted the receptionist they said that the room was supposed to be ready already. It sucks I booked three room and I have been driving for 9 hours from Philadelphia with my family

The hotel was clean, the people very friendly. The service was excellent. The food was good.

Staff was welcoming at the front desk, visit kinda started a slide after that. Room was a basic 2 Double Bed. When we opened the curtains, the windows were so dirty, surprisingly dirty and we were starring at a metal structure just outside the window. Matress fell to the center which made for an awkward sleep. Bathroom was clean but the taps were done, worn out. Shower was good. The toilet was on it's last leg, had to hold the handle down until all water was gone in the bowl. I think wee will try another hotel the next time we visit Buffalo.

It was okay. I expected more from a hotel in the city of Buffalo. To be fair, they are under renovations. I don’t like that they hold $100 per night you stay at the hotel. Then you have to wait a couple of days before you get it back after you check out. The carpet in the room looked disgusting. Bring slippers. No one changed the towels or took out the garbage. This was so ridiculous. You should never have to ask for the basics.

Stayed in Hyatt regency for two nights. The stay was a bit far from pleasent. The air conditioner in the room was damn noisy. And the bathroom doesn't have a fresh air fan. This makes the whole room stale. The window panes were not clean. The only good part was they have a Starbucks onsite. And here's the worst part. Being Hyatt, one will expect parking onsite. But they charge a whopping 25 USD for parking per night. And that's a block away from the hotel - not onsite. I'll think twice before booking my stay here again. Not worth the money.
