Welcoming reception staff, breakfast staff could not have been more attentive & helpful. Obviously took pride in providing excellent hospitality.

The hotel was old and over priced, the wall behind the toilet was cracked and duck tape at the side of the shower. Room.needs an update. The bedding was clean. Breakfast had limted choice of hot food only sausage, bacon, beans and tomato. Staff were friendly.

This was one of the nicest Holiday Inn's I've stayed at because of the friendly staff. There was a lovely welcome at reception which gave a good first impression. Nothing was too much trouble.

A good hotel in the right location for what we needed. Our room was a little dark as limited lights and faced other rooms almost directly opposite and in close proximity but otherwise no complaints. Breakfast was decent too.

The air con didn’t work, there was no parking and we had an interconnecting room - not with anyone from our party and they were noisy. The whole hotel was noisy overall. Was fine for 1 night but wouldn’t want to stay lknger

It is not easy to find a chain hotel that is family of 4 , the room is typically small and loud, but this time, we feel the expectation was met. The room is quite small by its nature, our only suitcase cannot open flat, but the beds were comfortable and no noise came from the corridor.

Hello my husband and I stayed for 2 nights a returning customer, we were very distracted by the air conditioning, even though it was turned off, it was like someone running water all night, very disturbing so disappointed on this occasion

Clean comfortable stopping off point near Stratford-upon-Avon. The staff were all friendly and breakfast was good, with plenty to choose from. The only downside was that you had to pay for parking.

It was the first time I had ever used an Holiday inn. We were a party of 3 adults, one disabled and 3 children. The welcome we got was excellent, the care taken to ensure my daughter was comfortable, the care taken because the room was crowded due to the extra double bed, the we had sufficient room and the explanation that we could use the downstairs space and the garden outside and the free cold water provided made the stay very easy and welcoming

Nice hotel in a great location. The staff are the stars of the place. Pillows and beds were just ok and breakfast was basic but free so cant complain too much. A bit annoying we had to pay for parking but would definitely stay again

We had an accessible room, which was well planned. The lighting, however, was not so good -poorly placed and dim, which is why we didn’t give an excellent rating. Clean, apart from round plug holes and no Sunday room cleaning. Staff invariably helpful and friendly. Breakfast plentiful and varied. Will stay again.

Hotel was clean, room was the ideal location for exploring Stratford, Warwick and Leamington Spa. Staff are polite and hardworking. The free breakfast is a bonus worth having. Staff here worked hard to clear tables and replenish the buffet selection. Overall a good value hotel. Highly recommended.

The staff were fabulous! When i booked it said there was a bed settee as well but there wasnt, so the bed was a bit small.
The disabled toilet downstairs was great but getting through the door in and out of the corrider was difficult

This is an excellent hotel at an affordable price including breakfast. Only issues that I would regarding as feedback, not a complaint is the menu for meals between 5pm to 9 pm could be upgraded as they were just snacks and not full meals. Also we had hoped the main area for drinks should have sky etc as we wished to watch the Champions League final and the hotel didn't have it which meant we had to go to another restaurant. Which also meant the bar lost out on our orders! However this didn't stop our stay from being enjoyable and the breakfast was one of the best I have had especially as it was included in the price. Give this place a visit if visiting Warwick.

Room warm and comfortable and easy to book through hotels.com. Buffet breakfast tasty with many options (although my grandson was disappointed that there weren’t any hashbrowns !) Allowed my family who live locally to pay for a breakfast so they could join us which was an added bonus . Overall very pleased. Only improvement would be to include parking in the fee rather than it being an added extra (oh…and include hashbrowns!). Will definitely visit again

Upgraded to the deluxe double but was a little disappointed that room size was no different and there was no bottled water provided which I thought was a standard witn most hotels and a no biscuits or a chocolate which is always a nice touch.
I did however have a great nights sleep. Breakfast options were a little limited but ok. Location is handy as close to motorway
