The rooms were very, very old, the beds were very creaky, and everything in all the rooms was very old. What was especially difficult was the old air conditioner. The noise was so bad that I couldn't sleep, so I couldn't use the air conditioner. It was a waste of money.

I loved my time here, the staff was so so lovely and i got to both do an early check in and late check out with out any additional cost. This was my last day in Barzil and Im thankful i chose this hotel to spend it in🌸❤️

Excellent value for money - free airport shuttle and free breakfast. Breakfast is perfectly adequate not spectacular. A downside is the quality of the mattresses - very cheap quality. The dinner is well priced but the service was really poor. Waited 45 mins for fried chicken and chips and a portion of fried chicken wings. Had been kept warm and the wings were way overdone.

Wonderful and friendly staff. We checked in with a tired 5 year old, and they were super accommodating and prompt in assisting us. Clean hotel, the room was quiet, AC works well, shower has great water pressure, bed was comfortable. There are two elevators, small lounge area, they sell snacks at the front desk. The hotel shuttle to the airport is a bonus! The driver even waited for us at our terminal, so we wouldn't have to wait. Tip: call the hotel before your arrival to schedule the pick up time, it is usually hourly. The other bonus is free breakfast. There is a club across the street with pools, tennis courts, and playground, open Tue to Sun; R$60 per adult, children up to 10 are free, open until 8pm. Great option for families (clube recreativo de Guarulhos). We ordered pizza from a nearby place, Nuccho, and it was delicious, fast service. We totally recommend this hotel. The fit

Domani is an amazing hotel. At a first glance, I would like to live there! Airport pick up and drop off is a wonderful help! But the matress I've got was hard as a rock. Concierge told me they are updating all. So, it will be perfect!

Everything was fine with the place but a few minor things. 1. No one spoke fluent English. I know this should not be a major thing as I don’t speak Portuguese either. That is also why I don’t work in the tourism industry. 2. They told me the wrong time repeatedly on the time for my laundry to be ready. I finally found out why. They had the wrong room number on my laundry bag. I know, however, that it was written correctly because I watched the man write it on my bag correctly. 3. Finally, not such a minor thing, my room door wouldn’t lock. I told the staff about the problem, and they didn’t understand what I was saying. I got out my phone to use the translator app and after several attempts they understood. They sent the maintenance man up there with me. He tried it, and it didn’t work. He called someone who seemed like he got angry with him about inconveniencing him about such a minor problem. He finally got it to lock. He told me to open it with my key. I did, and when I shut it, it didn’t work again. So he finally got it to lock again after about five minutes of opening and shutting the door. I was then over it. I told him to leave it shut so that I could just leave the property. When I came back a few hours later it would not lock again. So I had to spend the last 8 hours in my room. When I left I informed them of the problem again. The room number 555 does not lock.

Hotel limpo e transfer pontual.

Great hotel with a van/shuttle service to and from Guarulhos airport (GRU). Good rooms and nice breakfast. I would definitely recommend for anyone who has an overnight layover in Guarulhos, especially given the airport transfer service offered.

Even though it’s not a 5 star hotel, but overall was good!! Everything was clean (and I could smell it).

Staff was super friendly with my family and responsive at all times via WhatsApp, the shuttle information was helpful, would definitely come back!

Shower took 10 minutes to get hot water. Restaurant was expensive. Airport transfer was not as available as expected. Towels had a strong bleach smell. Staff was very polite.

This good place to stay and I would book it again. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Noise control could be better, you can hear what others are talking about in the next rooms. Also, we could hear the noise of water running when someone flush on the upper level.

Comecou muito bem com o motorista do shuttle super educado e atencioso. Se nao fosse alguem do hotel abrindo a porta do meu quarto as 8 da manha enquanto eu dormia (sorte q estava na corrente). Apos esse acontecimento, ligaram pra mim as 10 da manha, atendi e desligaram na minha cara. A intencao em ficar nesse hotel era pra descansar e dormir ate tarde para meu voo internacional. Resumindo, nao serviu pra nada, pois fiquei inseguro

It's a good place for short stay.

I just stayed overnight to rest between a layover. It is very convenient and correctly priced. Comfortable enough for the short stay. My TV was having issues, I did get someone to assist, he was super kind however we did not quite sort out the problem. Again, not a big deal when all you need is a few hours of rest. I recommend based on my needs and experience.
