We use to live in Summerville, so we knew this area really good and wanted to be in this central location. Location is great, close to the interstate,close to shopping and restaurants. The hotel staff was great. The room was clean. My breakfast bar was great, better than most hotels we've stayed at. We only had 2 issues.
The " blanket" is as thin as the top sheet. Thankfully we were in a room with 2 beds and didnt need the other bed, and pulled off that "blanket" and used it as well.
Second issue was the bed. My back is still hurting from it. Very uncomfortable.
But otherwise we had a really nice stay.

The gentleman at the front desk in the evening was very pleasant. Checking in was fast and easy. The room was clean and quiet. The only thing which is a personal preference is that all of the pillows were too soft.

We were very pleased with our stay, very clean and felt very safe.

My only complaint, which may sound petty, is the pillows were so thin it was like sleeping on an empty pillow case.
The manager found 1 extra pillow for us, but it was equally limp.
So we used clothing folded up as pillows.

I had an amazing stay, from walking in my room seeing my name on the TV, the indoor pool being nice and warm , the grills and patio furniture on the opposite side, the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel. Amazing!

This time by Hilton truly disappointed us. From the dirty sofa( I mean dirty) to the stain on the shower floor to the uncomfortable pillows, the sheets felt so worn. The dogs barking. Tried to buy water in the lobby, but they were out of stock. The man in the front suggest we wait for the rain to stop and go out to buy water. This was the most horrible experience we have had during our travels. Lucky for us, we only had to stay one night.

Always enjoy staying at home 2 suites, however this one was by far the dirtiest and unclean one I have ever visited.
Rating of 8.8 on cleanliness sign in foyer was absolutely not reflected in the way our room and surrounding parts of hotel.
Gym had zero water in it and was 82 degrees.
Were told there were complaints (inaccurate times quoted by front desk gentleman on mid afternoon shift) of our pets barking when there were rooms all around with dogs barking.
Due to the experience, we left this property a day early. We visit this area often, but will not be back to this property.
Hilton you have great properties, but unfortunately not this one.

Pool tile had some brown stuff growing on it. The floors in the room turned our feet black. The A/C in the bedroom sounded loud so we had to move rooms. The shower was backing up and did not drain quickly. There was no soap in the lobby bathroom. No towels in the pool or work out area.

I stay here every time I visit my family in Summerville. This time I was in room 220 I informed them that the air conditioner was making noise. That my tv kept cutting off, the maintenance guy came and unplugged it and plugged it back in. Still did it, there was a party the second night I was there. After I just got my grandson to sleep and woke him up. The door connecting the rooms inside would not stay locked. I was rudely spoken to by the district manager. And she spoke to my grandson very rudely. He is autistic and she was very rude. I ask to change rooms because I felt unsafe. And was told no . I will find another place to stay from now on. I have been a loyal guest for the past 4 years.

My stay here was good and would have been great if the bathroom/shower was a little better cleaned. From hair, the drain stopping up every time and the shower toiletries being empty. Other than that, the staff was excellent.

We will never stay here again because the place needs updating and better customer service. The photos of the room is not how it is laid out.
We chose the room with 2 queen size beds and both were impossible to sleep on. The couch was terrible and very uncomfortable and looked dirty with claw marks more than likely from a pet. There beds are lumpy and you sink way too much.; feels like you could just roll off if you make the wrong move. This was a very disappointing stay. When I said something to the manager, she said, Well, I don't know about the beds I never slept on them. I spent about $400 for 2 nights. WHAT A RIP OFF!!!

I love this hotel because they are super friendly as well as pet friendly. They even have treats for your pets upon arrival. My dog Daisy loves that!

I was not able to stay at this hotel due the uncleanliness and or preparation of the room i booked. I booked a 1 bedroom suite and was very disappointed upon arrival. The previous occupant had smoked in the room to which the hotel attempted to
mask the smell with some type of spray. I brought that to the attention of the desk personnel who advised that was the only suite available based on current reservations. He offered a studio suite which we looked at , and this room smelled like the previous occupant had dogs and the floor was sticky. At that point this indicated that the cleaning staff was less than stellar. We did not feel comfortable at that point and found accommodations elsewhere

Our stay was awesome. The night host was a very friendly gentleman, who checked us in.
Our room was very clean. Very pet friendly hotel, which was nice. We received a welcome bag for our dog with a toy, treats, and poo bags, which was very nice.
The breakfast was delicious. They had a big variety of breakfast items to satisfy everyone. We enjoyed the coffee, eggs, and waffles. The staff made sure all items were fresh, and kept this area amazingly clean considering the amount of people who were partaking.
