This is a new and beautiful facility in a decent location. It's within walking distance of the old city. The staff were nice and the breakfast was good.

Very cosy and nice hotel with excellent service

The deluxe room was small but comfortable. The hotel is on a main road about a ten minute walk from the old quarter. It’s quite a busy road without a pavement so would be difficult for families. It was a convenient base for us in Hoi An and good value.

Cosy and comfortable. Quiet and cleanliness was really good. The room service was really yummy and special mention about the spa services. Excellent.
Location is further away from the main shops so it’s quieter.

Arrived early after catching an overnight sleeper from Nha Trang, the hotel staff helped arranged an upgraded room for a small fee upon my request to enable early check in as my room was not available. The team also worked with me to extend my stay after loving Hoi An and wanting an additional day. Walkable (0.5-1km) to all restaurants, tailors, cafes and tour pick up / meeting points if hotel pick is not your thing. It’s quiet, clean and staff are very friends. Pool is pretty and great for a quick dip on a humid day.

The best hotel I have ever stayed in. The decor is beautiful, so clean and comfortable too. Service was perfect. Im so pleased i booked this hotel. Free bicycles too. Breakfast lovely.

It was a great stay for all of us. It was the most beautiful hotel for all of us. We were all wishing that we could stay a little longer… next time… the only one thing that would goes well with this beauty was to replace the trash bin (no so stainless steel) with something else as elegant as everything . else in the room

Great stay, highly recommending.
Recently built or remodeled and perfectly maintained, felt like new.
Great location on a main boulevard easy to access and quiet at night yet only 10-15min walk from old town.
We used their pool which was very relaxing.
We also used their excellent bike for an easy 20min ride one way to the beach and back using the hotel pool towel and bike basket to carry our load.
Breakfast was included and excellent with a large variety of fresh food.

Easily the best service I’ve received at any hotel, by the second day the staff would great you by name. The location is as within walking distance to Old Town, but far enough away to be out of the craziness. I would highly recommend staying here.

The staff at this hotel is great for guests. Ask about optional transportation or massages and they will provide you with the best and cheapest offer. When you are faced with a problem, you can rely on him to solve the problem.

Beyond the physical beauty of this little gem, the service at this hotel is over-the-top. The front desk staff and restaurant manager memorized our names on the first day, and then and one of them greeted us, on a first name basis, during breakfast every morning to make sure our room is satisfactory, and then provided recommendations and offered assistance for any plans for the day. We once forgot to turn off our do-not-disturb button, and when we returned at 8 PM, one of the front desk staff ran to meet us at the evevator and offered either a room-clean then, or towels and whatever we wanted. Nothing goes unnoticed. And, everyone there seems happy every day!

My family had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We googled and found this hotel with very good reviews so decided to book it. And true enough, the hotel is clean, the staff are very polite & helpful. The buffet breakfast is good enough for us. Also, it is easy for us to walk to Ancient town which is the happening tourist place.
I do hope there are some options on the pillow height for the guests as I found my two pillows are either high or too low. I have already feedback to the front desk manager during check-out so hopefully they would consider it. Overall, we are very satisfied with the stay. Thanks to all the hotel staff for the wonderful experience.

Absolutely unique and beautifully decorated. The staff was great! The hotel is a bit remove from all the craziness but for me that was perfect. It is close enough to all the action though. If you like it just a matter of a quick bike ride or taking a quick Grab ride.

The staff at this oasis are the kindest friendliest and most helping staff in any hotel we have ever stayed at. They remembered our names and were always at hand to help us and make us feel like part of the family in a luxurious home . Cannot recommend enough for this kind of budget hotel

We booked and stayed for 5 nights and got upgraded to premium room on our last nights. All the staffs are very attentive to our needs and help us to plan our itinerary. We given them some feedback and the front desk Chloe actually wrote back to check and assured that our concern.is addressed. I believe the team is trying hard to improve better. Keep it up!

I had a great stay at this hotel. My room was beautiful and clean. Breakfast was great with many options. The hotel is a 15 minute walk to central hoi an. Staff were kind and helpful. Would recommend if youre considering staying here.

Beautiful hotel with staff that go above and beyond to help you. A special mention for Sarah on reception who provided excellent restaurant recommendations and Sophia who helped when my travel plans had to be changed last minute. I also had a very good massage at the spa. The beds are large and comfortable and despite facing the road my room was very quiet at night.

Don’t think, just book. The service is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced (in the best possible way), personal and the staff are kind. The rooms are stunning and the breakfast is brilliant. The pool is just what you need to cool off from the humid heat of the city. Easy to get to town. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed in my extensive years of travelling.

We travel during rain season, staff are friendly and always provide good suggestion for tourism advise. We feel so much takeing care by them. Its walkable from hotel to old town, very convenience. The hotel build for 10 months only everything kinda new. Due to rain season, we took the umbrella everytime when we go out. Also, the SPA in hotel are amazing. We will visit again.

Stayed there several times. It's off from the old town area so less traffic and noise. There's a 5 minute walk to old town area that is worth it to be away from the hustle and bustle of that tourist area. Very good free breakfast. Staff is always polite and helpful

Super friendly staff gave us lots of helpful advice and the tours we booked through the hotel were well priced and exceptional. The room was nice and large and well appointed and the pool was in a beautiful shady position all day which really helps to escape the heat.
