Excellent curb appeal, outside everything was clean, neat and tidy with the added bonus of off road parking. The house was clean, neat and tidy also, very comfortable sitting room with 2 sofas and a dining table if required. Warm and cosy. Excellent WiFi connectivity in all rooms, TV with streaming services. Well stocked kitchen with everything you could possibly need for your stay. There is a very pleasant looking rear outside area (we did not make use of this area during our stay) Nice sized bedroom with a comfortable bed, we both had good nights sleep while there. Nice bathroom with a excellent shower. Good quality towels supplied. The neighbourhood was very quiet throughout our whole stay. A excellent place to stay to explore Ripon, highly recommended.

Very cosy, comfortable, warm house, very well equipped for short or longer stays. Within easy walking distance of the town centre and has many lovely walks. The house is located in a very quiet area with parking. I look forward to staying here again when visiting Rippon

Comfortable and well equipped

The house was very comfortable, clean and welcoming. It's located a 15-minute walk from the Cathedral in Ripon, which was perfect for our sightseeing adventure.

We tried to call Dawn with a question (nothing urgent!) but there was no answer.

It was a home from home so cosy everything we needed but more, plenty of space very clean and comfortable and a beautiful location.will definitely come back
