Absolument fantastique. Le personnel aux petits soins et très aimable. L'emplacement est magnifique, les chambres sont propres et confortables. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Je ne peux rien demander de plus. Parfait !

The location was absolutely perfect for what we wanted, which was just to completely relax. The beach and sun loungers were gorgeous and only a 10 second walk from our room. We hired a scooter for most of our stay which we didn’t even end up using that much because we just loved staying by the hotel.
The staff were all so smiley, friendly, and helpful making us feel really welcome and comfortable. It was so amazing being able to order drinks and food and it being brought out to you whilst on the beach - the mango passion fruit smoothie I had one day was one of the best I’ve ever had! Breakfast was also so delicious, with loads of fresh fruit and being able to order a proper flat white was a lovely addition.
There’s also a beautiful waterfall within 15 minutes walking distance and a coral reef which were fun to explore when we wanted to move a bit.
Our only complaint was that as vegetarians there wasn’t loads on the menu for us at dinner, but it didn’t really bother us too much as we like trying different restaurants anyway and there is lots of choice in the village! Other than that we loved staying here so much.

The resort is right on the beach. The staff are super attentive, friendly and helpful. The meals we had were really delicious Khmer dishes but they also have pastas, burgers etc. The cocktails are amazing. The rooms are spacious with aircon. Great value for money

It was one of the best and peaceful hotels we’ve been in Cambodia. You can actually feel the hospitality and care of the staffs especially from Nicholas and Anna. The service, the food, and the cleanliness is quite exceptional. One of the cleanest hotels in Koh Rong.

Gefallen hat auf jeden Fall die Lage des Hotels, das umfangreiche Frühstück und vor allen Dingen das Personal, das derart freundlich war, wie ich es selten erlebt habe, aber im Vorfeld bei den Bewertungen bereits davon gelesen hatte. Wir können das nur bestätigen. Abgerundet wurde das ganze durch ein hervorragendes Essen und Cocktails, die auch außerhalb der happy hour ihr Geld wert waren. Der Strand wurde den ganzen Tag gesiebt und geglättet, dadurch keine Chance auf Sandflöhe, wir es an anderen Stränden der Fall war.
Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war zu spartanisch, der Bett nicht gerade bequem. Es fehlte (wie oft in Asien) an Ablageflächen für die Bekleidung, Ein Stuhl und ein Tisch gibt es auch nicht. Sehr negativ war der stählerne Treppenaufgang zu den Zimmern mit Meerblick, der schon derart angerostet war, daß man das Gefühl hatte, daß jeden Moment etwas abbrechen könnte. Am Tag der Abreise war allerdings jemand da, der mit einem Zollstock herumhantierte, da die Treppe nach Angaben des Chefs saniert werde. Dieses Problem wird dann wahrscheinlich keines mehr sein. Ein paar Liegen und Sonnenschirme mehr am Strand, wären auch nicht schlecht.

Wunderschöner Strandabschnitt! Sehr sauber. Es gibt kostenlose Sub's und das Personal ist sehr fürsorglich und auf Zack. Strandliegen wunderbar und sehr bequem. Barbeque sehr zu empfehlen. Aber auch im Ort gibt es einige Restaurants in denen man essen kann.
Abfluss im Waschbecken müsste mal repariert werden. Generell könnte das Bad mal renoviert werden. Zimmer sonst wunderschön!

속산pier에서 200m, 숙소 staff이 케리어와 가방을 pick up해 주는 서비스도 좋았고, 특히 숙소 호스트와 직원들은 very kind 했으며 우리를 매우 환대했다.
숙소 앞의 white sand 는 마치 부드러운
밀가루 같았으며, 비치에서 저녁 7시부터 시작하는 BBQ는 석양과 함께 최고였다.
숙소옆에는 작은 현지인 마켓이 있어서
생수며 다른 생필품을 살 수 있었다.
숙소 침대도 매우 편안했다.
순하디 순해 보이는 4~5마리의 댕댕이들이 저녁시간 옆에서 조용히, 아련히 쳐다보는듯 무심한 듯 보이는 모습에 먹을것 주고(스탭이 괜찮다고 함) 만져주고 싶었지만, 댕댕이를 무서워하는 집사람때문에 많이 못해준것이
아쉬움으로 남는다.

Nice location for walking, swimming and cycling. Great welcome and informed staff. Excellent BBQ although we did ask for more vegetables the second time. The chef is creative with delightful little pancakes and home made yoghourts plus his stir fried & noodle breakfast dishes were excellent. The speed boats to and from the island were brand-new and touched 57 kph!. Good to have a room-safe. Well attended tables on the sandy shore for th BBQ nights. Paddle boards were free to use.
Door lock to the room reqired no key to open it! Getting out and up from the Japanese floor-based beds was a bit tricky for my back

A great little quirky hotel. Japanese style with Russian hosts. The rooms are Japanese style with the low beds which might be a bit tricky for some. If you book a sea view be mindful that there is a very steep and old iron spiral stair case to your room so again this could be tricky for someone with a mobility issue.
Breakfast is very good as are the lunch and dinner menus. The night BBQ was a little hit and miss for us on a couple of nights the fish and duck was very overcooked. There are other options to eat around the hotel if you need some variety.
The staff are all very friendly and helpful.
The beach is on the doorstep and kept very clean and tidy, lovely comfortable sun beds. Paddle boards and snorkel’s also available to use for free.
The location is good about 15 mins tuk tuk from the main koh toch harbour. Quiet at night too.
No fridge or kettle facility in the room.

Koh Rong is al schitterend, Sok San Beach is de mooiste plek, afgelegen en (nog steeds) redelijk ongerept. Na een verblijf begin januari nog maar een week teruggegaan. White Sand Ark wordt gerund door enthousiaste, vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen. De accommodatie is eenvoudig, maar doeltreffend, het ontbijt prima, en het restaurant op het strand ook voortreffelijk.

Die Lage an Sok San Village ist prima, weil dieser kleine Ort einige Möglichkeiten parat hält bzgl Restaurants, Motorbikes, gute Erreichbarkeit, per Strandspaziergang zum Long Beach.
Sauberes, schönes Boutique-Hotel im japanischen Stil. Was man wissen muß: die Betten liegen im jap. Stil auf dem Boden = Futon-Betten.
Mega gutes Frühstück. Super freundliches und engagiertes Personal.
Der Innenhof und der Hotelstrand werden mehrmals täglich gesäubert.
Es gibt Handtücher für die Strandliegen.
Tolles Ambiente fürs Abendessen: Tische mit Kerzen direkt am Meer im Sand.
Die dezente Musikauswahl des Hotels ist spitze und muß extra erwähnt werden!
Die Anlage ist gut in Schuß und gepflegt, was man von anderen Unterkünften nicht behaupten kann, die zudem noch teurer sind.
Im Zimmer gibt es keinen Föhn und das Waschbecken ist extrem klein und darüber befindet sich sofort eine Ablage, so dass man sich nur die Hände waschen kann.

All staff were very welcoming and helpful, but unfortunately, the accommodation didn't meet our expectations, so we left after one night. Alex, the manager, was so kind that he gave us a waiver of the cancellation fee, so we paid just for the one night. In general, the accommodation looks okay, breakfast is sufficient, but we didn't enjoy the Japanese style – beds on the floor, very low seats, pillows falling down from the bed, cheap leaning shelves, etc. However, the biggest problem was the small carpets in front of the bathroom and in the room that obviously were not changed very often and looked dirty. We prefer washable bathroom pads.
Additionally, there was a pile of termite droppings on the floor. We requested it to be cleaned, but upon re-entering our room, the pile was still there. I had to show it to the cleaning lady and ask her to remove it. On the other hand, I can imagine this kind of accommodation might be appealing to some people, as the atmosphere there was a nice chill-out (which is probably the reason for the high scores in reviews). If we were young backpackers, we might have been okay with it, but at our age, we need more comfort for a proper relax. However, even if we were backpackers, we would still find this kind of accommodation overpriced…

The room was lovely and clean. Location perfect. Island life starts early but you are able to lie in if you choose. So close to the beach with crystal clear water.
Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Other meals at the hotel really good especially the BBQ. Service from the staff fantastic. Very helpful. Sand constantly being swept away and raked over to keep things clean.
Was able to get dropped off/picked up at Sok San pier with GTVC. Just ask them when boarding, a small extra charge.
Thank you to all the staff who made our holiday extra special. Didn't want to leave. Hope we can come back again.

We had a fantastic stay with Alex and Nicholas; they made our stay there a memorable one. The hotel was everything we expected and more. It is right on a quiet beach area and they keep that section clean and well-maintained. Beer is 1 dollar, main meals 6-10 dollars each and all are well worth it with a couple of other options both costing same and cheaper in Sok San village. GTVC boat was quick and reliable, make sure you get off at Koh Toch where staff from the hotel will meet you and drive you to White Ark. Sok San is a quiet and laid back place, we walked on the beach daily and it was quiet and relaxing, you can run 5k-15k routes easily on cement roads, can borrow a bike and stay active too. If you want a quiet and relaxed stay with two amazing hosts then this is the place for you, in our opinion.
Nothing that is in control of the hotel and nothing we thought bad but every few nights in our stay a restaurant next door played very loud music and let off fire works. We didn't mind it too much and it didn't go on a long time, but just something to note, the hotel cant control this so it isn't a criticism of them, just of the area if you don't like that sort of thing, we didn't mind too much.

An incredibly relaxing stay with brilliant food, spacious clean rooms, genuinely lovely staff and the most beautiful beach we’ve ever seen. Each morning we were greeted by a warm smile and a delicious breakfast buffet! For dinner you can stroll down to one of the local restaurants or enjoy the resorts very own BBQ. We felt very lucky to experience this beautiful accommodation and recommend it to anyone looking for a more relaxed stay on Koh Rong.

This homestay is really cool. The rooms were clean, the staffs and Boss really friendly and helpful. The beachspot is so nice. Its really cool that fins, mask, and sup are for free. The breakfast was amazing and delicious. For dinner, we recommend the 3 Brothers Restaurant in den near.

i booked 2 rooms for 5 people, Booking.com didn't ask me to fill in the guests detail so the hotel owners thought there were only 2 people coming so we have to pay extra 21$ for 3 more breakfast slots

Very chill place with a welcome drink, free bicycle and SUPs. Right on the beach in a very quiet location but still close to a number of restaurants. Breakfast was very good and staff were so friendly.
Be prepared to pay 12 to 15 dollars for a tuktuk from the main pier.

Excellent location far from noisy kaoh touch. There was AC and hot water in the room. Nice breakfast. Kind and helpful staff.
No airing system in the toilet so the window is blocked open. This made that a lot of noise could be heard during the night (roosters, dogs, etc). Bar menu a bit expensive but maybe justified as this is far from everything.

just everything! the cabana is so spacious and lovely decorated, the hotel is right on a tropical white sandy beach and the food that they offer is just excellent! a big surplus, you can use the paddle boards for free!
just a little suggestion: offer something different in the evening then bbq. we had it the first night and it was really good, but if you stay there a couple of nights you won’t eat bbq everyday. but luckily there is a really good restaurant just next to it with a broad menu. and there are very small flies in the room, maybe offer a spray or something. but that’s really nitpicking as it was a wonderfull stay and we were very sad to leave!
