Beautiful single storey detached villa for 6 people - 90m2, 2 sides, each with its own small garden/courtyard/private terrace (one of which has a built-in BBQ), garden table and chairs.
Located in a calm and quiet area (Le Rapatel) close to the port, (less than 700m) shops (less than 100m) and the beach (less than 800m).
This property is made up of 3 large bedrooms:
bedroom 1: 140 cm bed with cupboard and bay window overlooking the garden
bedroom 2: 140 cm bed with cupboard and window overlooking the garden
bedroom 3: 2 twin beds 90 with chest of drawers and bay window overlooking the garden. Large main room with: open fitted kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, etc.), dining room, living room - Shower room with walk-in shower and separate WC.
All very well equipped: Air conditioning, Wifi... Renovation in 2022.
For a quiet family vacation but close to everything!
The +: the 2 well-planted gardens, the comfort of services and equipment.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it upon handing over the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros/single bed kit: 9.00 euros/towel kit with a large and a small towel: €8.00).
This rental accepts animals - A supplement of €30 per animal/stay will be requested.
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival.
We are approved by Chèques Vacances.
