+ Convenient location to catch a flight from YVR, but still far from a sky train station. You should consider a taxi, especially if carrying luggage.. + Great for families (toys, books, plenty of kitchen utensils) + Easy to get a hold of the host. The instructions how to get in the room were a bit unclear but it was easy to understand once at the place. + WiFi was real fast

- it's a basement unit. So expect limited daylight, but it's covered by multiple options of fixtures. - being in a basement can also impact the moist level in the rooms but it's maintained by dehumidifiers all around (no a/c) - floors are a bit cold, bring indoor shoes - bedding and furniture is nothing fancy but it works.

Spacious and well equipped. Laundry facilities a big bonus. Good provisions in bathroom and kitchen. Quiet location

Maybe a little bit of clutter that could be removed and I didn’t really like the proximity of the dog in the front house. The outdoor garbage area could be tidied up as it was pretty messy.

The beds were comfy, the staff was friendly and allowed a later checkout

There were dogs barking from about 7am til about 10am, which was frustrating as we had a late night the night before

It was very spacious and comfortable to stay. The house is located in an upscale neighborhood, so we felt safe when we were returning to B & B after dark. The owner was friendly and helpful. They had everything we needed, including a washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen. This place was like a home away from home for us.

We didn't mind at all, but they do have a dog upstairs and we could hear him sometimes.

Very comfortable beds, great shower and lovely host. Great communication and very accommodating. Highly recommend as a place to stay before a flight

Good sized rooms. Plenty of amenities (TV, fridge, kitchen with cookware and dishware, washer/dryer, etc.) Provided thoughtful extras such as paper towels, new dishwashing sponges, bottled water, slippers, room fan, etc.

Place was a little dated with mishmashed decor and furniture. Bath towels smelled a little moldy.
