I will start by saying the property was exactly as described and the location was perfect for the family event we were in town for. Lots of cute restaurants within walking distance, which was great! Where things went wrong..... It is clearly stated that this is a non-smoking rental. The smoke smell upon arrival was overwhelming. My sister-in-law arrived before and had the doors and windows open and I could still smell it before I got to the door. It was embedded in all fabrics of the unit and likely in the AC. Oh and the crack pipe was a nice touch on the night stand. I reached out to the manager immediately because I did not want him to think we were the smokers and get charged for an extra cleaning fee. I woke up after the first night and felt like I had (what I would imagine as a non smoker) smoked a pack of cigarettes. The on-site was kind enough to bring us a candle and some incense the next day and I fabreezed all fabric I could. I don't feel like the manager understood how strong the smell was. By the time we checked out I was coughing and honestly my chest hurt. All the clothes that were never worn and never even made it out of the suitcase h ad to be washed as well since they had absorbed the smell and my kids that didn't come with us stated they smelled like a dirty ashtray. I really wanted to enjoy myself and make this a place to come to again. I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt that this was an isolated incident, but I will never know.

We came to visit a college for my son. The location was great. I wish we would have known about this small Italian restaurant in the shopping center behind the apartment. We found it by chance, however they are closed on Monday's and that was the only night we could have eaten there. I would definitely recommend trying it! It would be nice to have a list of restaurants close to the property.

Property location was perfectly situated a short distance from my family event. The interior looks exactly like the posted pics. Bed was very comfortable...everything appears pretty new. Appliances were all functional. Great Stay for my Purpose. ak
