The apartment was very nice. Location was great being next to many restaurants, within walking distance to the grocery store & a short walk to the beach. Airplane noise is annoying, but we had ear plugs for sleeping. A larger coffee pot would be great! We would definitely return. Gaby was a gracious host!!!

Gabriella's apartment is perfectly located and met all of our needs, plus Gabriella was super responsive to our every need!

Awesome spot

We stayed in the condo and booked it at the last minute due to a family emergency and the owner Gabriela was so nice and gracious to us. She promptly answered my request and had the condo cleaned and ready for us. I am greatly thankful. The condo was clean and it’s been freshly renovated with all the amenities you would need for enjoying your stay. We recommend it.

This place is so clean and very cozy great area safe every thing is close by airport stores and very secure and it has parking and Gabriela is great always thiere when you need her I did not come here for vacation but for a family death and Gabriela was very help full in our stay I alway come to Puerto Rico and I hope I will come back for vacation and can stay here again thank you Gabriela for everything

From beginning to end of our stay we were very comfortable and happy. The location is near many restaurants, stores, casinos, Isael verde beach and airport. Me and my family had a great time staying at this location. We highly recommend this place.

This was our first time using Gabriela’s services and I must say.. this was the perfect stay for my family and I. Staying with my husband, our 14year old daughter and our 4year old son. Gabriela made this as easy as possible. From meeting us at 1:30am for checkin. To giving us the tour. She pointed out all the amenities. There was even a book/guide stating the rules and some recommendations. We were in the heart of it all. Walking distance to our favorite breakfast spot. To trying some others along the way. All walking distance of course. She even provided a parking permit for us to use. Which made getting around the island so much more convenient. We stayed for 11nights and I have to say it was too short. My kids didn’t want to leave the pool. If it were up to them our stay would’ve been just there. We will definitely use her again! Thank you Gabriela for hosting us. You made us feel at home!

Our experience in San Juan was absolutely amazing. Gaby went above and beyond to make our arrival special, picking us up from the airport even though it was well past midnight. Not only that, but she also kindly stocked up our groceries. The apartment itself was impeccably clean and well-arranged, equipped with all the necessary cooking essentials. Occasionally, we could hear the airplanes passing by, but that's a common occurrence in Isla Verde. We highly recommend this place for your next trip!

Pictures do not do this place justice. Clean and location was good. Pay the extra for the secure parking. You will get your deposit back if you return gate opener. Close to beach and good food. Would use again.

The Location of this studio could not have been more perfect, easy access to the beach, restaurants and highway and close to the airport. You will hear the planes regardless of whether your patio door is open or not so bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Gabi was a wonderful host, picked us up at the airport and was quick to deliver a cooler and iron late in the evening when we realized they were missing in the room. The flat itself is in an old building but the unit is fresh and new. It has a lovely pool area. If you are used to American and Canadian rentals having guide books etc. with information on the area or the rental there was not one to be found. Be aware if you are planning to cook there are no basic staples. You will need to buy salt pepper condiments, coffee etc... Not a problem, just nice to be prepared that you will need to fully stock your kitchen day one. The unit has lovely dishes, but only plastic spoons and forks and not a knife of any sorts in the kitchen. Every kitchen appliance was readily available. Gabi was kind enough to let us have a late check out with no extra charge as we had a late cruise departure. We did however have a lack of communication on how we were to meet or leave the keys when checking out. We assumed she was coming to meet us but eventually we had to go so we locked the keys in the unit and left. Again this was a lack of communication on both parts, as we should have clarified earlier. A guest book with instructions would prevent this in the future. We never heard back that day so we assume there was an emergency and hope she and her family are ok! Check out the Food truck at the far end of the beach (almost directly in front of the condo) Prices are great and the food was awesome! Traditional Puerto Rican snacks and popular with the locals. If you walk down the road to the CVS and turn right or along the beach you will find Alambique and Torres beach bars for good food and drinks! We would definitely stay here again if the price is right!

We stayed with a large group of Moms and daughters for a gymnastics competition at Kalahari. It was comfortable for all of us and was so convenient. The teens loved the bunk beds and the adults liked having privacy. Host was quick to answer any questions. Good choice for families and large friend groups.

We had and amazing time, Gaby was so welcoming. The apartment was beautiful, clean, with tons of places walking distance, you had breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks and even casino right next to the apartment. No need to take the car out. If you are renting a vehicle take the opportunity to park inside the parking outside is expensive she only ask for a deposit that she returns and is all worth it. She’s the owner and she takes care of you no intermediate people all her that’s the best experience. This place is worth the price due to location, the beautiful place and her owner. I’m looking forward to be back.

Gabby was an excellent and gracious hostess! She picked us up from the airport. The condo was beautiful and well appointed with a really nice view from the 10th floor balcony. The beach is a short walk and the airport is super convenient. The bus to Old San Juan stops a few feet away from the property, Foxwoods Casino is next door as are restaurants, a pool Hall and other night life. There’s a supermarket also within walking distance. The location and property leave nothing to be desired.

Gaby was an amazing host going above and beyond to get us with our infant baby. The place was just as pictured. The pool was great before beach days. The beach and food were a short distance. The space was easy to access and had everything needed for a stay. We really enjoyed our time and hope to visit again.
