There were multiple problems with this booking. The listing was not clear, the registration/check-in process was onerous, and I was double-charged for the booking. Only after I complained multiple times did I receive a refund so that I was only charged once. It is not clear that the living space is shared with another family...it appears to be a house you will have to yourself. Before check-in, I received incessant text messages and emails telling me to pre-register, which was an onerous process that seemed unnecessary. I had to give my credit card and post a picture of my ID. Then, I had to do the same process again on a different website, but it wouldn't even let me complete the second process, so I couldn't officially check in, after all that trouble. The property seems to be managed by multiple companies that don't communicate with each other. Once I got to the place, I discovered there were about 8 people there, and I would only have a small part of the house to myself, which was not clear from the listing. I asked for a refund because of misleading advertising, but my request was denied. They seemingly did not agree that the listing was misleading.
