The house was very neat and clean. Comfortable beds! It was nice to have a washer and dryer as well as so many towels stocked in the house. Appreciated the beach chairs available as well. We chose to drive to the beach because the areas we wanted to go (near bath house on long sands, or short sands) was a bit far to walk with kids and gear, but that was fine by us. Since we were so close by it was easy to get to the beach early and find parking. Rental management was responsive and helpful. The rental was perfect for our family beach vacation!

We spent 9 days at Johnnys Vintage Gem and had a thoroughly relaxing, peaceful vacation. The cottage was fully stocked, so we lacked for nothing. The beds were very comfortable and the cottage throughout was exceptionally clean. The walk down to the beach took 5 minutes and ocean close enough so we could hear the waves at night. This was a great cottage for just the two of us, but would make a fantastic choice for bigger families. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Great beach cottage with lots of charm! Bigger than expected, and liked front deck seating. Clean and well stocked, with really comfortable beds. Location was good, and having high school track across the street was a bonus!

We have nothing but great things to say about this property. It had everything you could think of for an easy fun stress free vacation. It’s was spotless, spacious and was a quick walk to the beautiful beach. Thank you for making amazing lasting memories for our family. We highly recommend this property!!
