There were cockroaches in the apartment and the house wasn’t clean at all. The owner even let me as the renter to use it’s dirty cloth with a lot of black stains to wipe the water beside the basin. Also, the agent stated in this website the check in and check out time will be from 12am to 12pm but she/he sent me a WhatsApp text on the last day of my stay at around 8 something in the morning asking me to check out the apartment latest at 11 am which is totally unfair and unreasonable.

Aircond is available but not functional..wen asked the owner ,they refused to repair the aircond..its really disappointed because its very hot during sunny day..i stay for 5 day. They told me during my check in time tat the Aircond is not too chill but tat is not functional at all..They answer is the Aircond is available but not functional.they just provide 1 stand fan after i asked them to repair the Aircond but they refused n provied fan..the apartment is fully window n its very hot..can't stay in sunny time..unit 12-01.not responsible to customers..we r paying not free stay..pity of my parents they cant sleep bcoz it toooo hot. REALLY NOT RECOMMENDED....
