Dieses Feriendomizil bietet seinen Gästen 7 Schlafzimmer, 7 Badezimmer, einen Grill und Klimaanlage. Dank der Ausstattung mit WLAN und Smart-TV kannst du es dir so richtig gemütlich machen. Wieso jeden Abend Geld im Restaurant ausgeben, wenn dir in deinen eigenen vier Wänden ein Ofen, eine Herdplatte und ein Geschirrspüler sowie eine Mikrowelle zur Verfügung stehen. Und da es vor Ort eine Waschmaschine und einen Wäschetrockner gibt, brauchst du nicht so viele Klamotten mitzunehmen und kannst so mit leichterem Gepäck reisen.

We had 4 generations here in HH and this home is very well suited for big families. The service to the beach and location are very good.

We loved this home! It is a great layout, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, beautiful furnishings, nice pool area and great location. The beds are the MOST comfortable I’ve seen at any home I’ve rented. My husband said the same thing. Also, the property manager, Tony, is very nice, responsive and helpful. He really went the extra mile. We needed a couple minor things and it was taken care of right away. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent this home again and we will be back!

We stayed at this home with a group of women! We had the BEST time! The house was incredible, the kitchen was well equipped, everything was impeccably clean, and the rooms/bathrooms were spacious. We rented bikes and were able to bike everywhere. The property manager was very attentive. Couldn't be happier and would love to rent again!

We had 8 retired golfers for this trip and everyone loved the house. Host was attentive to any questions we had.
The house was very conveniently located to all 3 courses we played as well as the restaurants.

Great house with everything you need. The bedrooms were very nice and spacious. The location is great with the beach a short walk away. Also, lots of golf courses and restaurants close! Would stay again!

Very clean, new construction, well stocked and the decor is beautiful. 2 dishwashers and a very large laundry room. The bathrooms and bedrooms are spacious and well appointed. The property manager was responsive to texts and phone calls and handled 2 very minor concerns within a few minutes. Rooftop deck was lovely. Would recommend for larger families. We especially appreciated the bunk room and all other bedrooms having king beds. There is also a park access the street with a playground, soccer fields, basketball courts, running trails, tennis courts and baseball fields.

Great location. Great accommodations. Great amenties- if you could access them. There is an upcharge for heated pool and elevator- which was needed because we had senior citizens and 5- disabled veterans with us.
Roof top lights did not work, and third floor bath room has a plumbing issue.
We called the property management several times- each call resulted in a walk- through "self-fix" resolution.
And if the pool is heated- turn it on! If there is an elevator-unlock it!
Every detail is an important detail when it comes to customer satisfaction.
But, overall, beautiful property.

Overall this place was amazing! We went with a group of 16 and there was soooo much space for everyone. The location was great! The 10pm noise ordinance is strict, so take it inside after 10pm. I would definitley stay again

The home was way better in person than in pictures and we all enjoyed ourselves! We cant wait to stay again and highly recommend this home! Stunning! And the beds are very very comfortable!

This house is amazing! It looks exactly like the pictures, but it’s even better in person. It was great seeing the exhaustion leave everyone’s faces when we walked in. It was replaced with relaxation and excitement for the weekend. Tony is very kind and responded quickly to any questions I had even weeks before check in. The beach is ~7 min walk from the house and it is gorgeous! I would definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect to celebrate our wedding with my family. Every detail was covered. The TV near the pool was broken due to the storm but the property manager had it replaced within a few hours before the game started. We will be back next year!

Spacious Nice new house near the very nice Chaplin Park. Approx 10 minute walk to the beach. Neighborhood shuttle worked great and dropped you off right on the beach. You can also drop offf at the beach using your own car. Beach area was huge and mot crowded. Pool was perfect for young grandchildren. We had a great stay.

For a large group, the home provided plenty of space on ALL levels. The host was very easy to communicate with before and during our stay.

This property was amazing. The house is in tip top shape and stocked very well with basic cooking supplies. The pool and grill area is very comfortable for a nice grilling out afternoon. All 6 king bedrooms are perfect for couples and the bunkbed room is a great overflow for kids. The house came with beach chairs to use if you want to walk down to the beach. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again myself. Our group thoroughly enjoyed the stay, and the host was responsive and accommodating.

This property is absolutely stunning!!! If you are looking for a vacation property for a large group this is it! One huge plus for us it was handicap accessible. The elevator was perfect. The host were absolutely amazing and super accommodating. Not to mention communication was superb!!! The beach is only a small walk away. We are already looking into booking this property later in the year. This host and the property get a 10 out of 10 !!!

We had a great time in this beautiful and neat house. The owner is very thoughtful and everything is handy. I like every room has its own balcony and closet. Beds are big and comfortable. The kitchen has all the stuff you need, from utensils to baking pans. It has a huge refrigerator and two dish washers. This helps a lot because we are a big group. There are several different places you could choose for your “group” time. And more importantly the communication with the owner and the manager is very smooth. We will rent it again if we went to Hiltonhead again. Thank you for the wonderful memories.
