during booking they do not mention which rooms have heaters in the extreme temperatures at night it is difficult to sleep. the bedding was dirty

Extremely filthy sheets blankets towels .....badly maintained.....will never ever recommend it....that too for 5000 rs a night.....pathetically pathetic

A good homestay at Hanle. The cartaker is a warm lady and she did a good job to make us comfortable. Tea, snacks, breakfast, dinner served was good taking into consideration that Hanle is a remote place.

they themselves thought the booking was cancelled without confirmation Hanle is a place where there is no network coverage from about 250+ kms to and fro. hence we had to wait for them to call up the agent to validate the booking as they were not prepared with the room to be allotted.

We had booked Padma home stay but we got Paljore home stay. Though initially apprehensive, owner of Paljore home stay, Mr. Paljore offered us exceptional service within the means he could. Hanle is a very remote village and Mr. Paljore took care of us in every possible way he could.

The booking agent Ms. Pooja - Trip India Hotels and Holidays who does booking for Padma home stay. She shouldnt have booked and given a receipt of Padma home stay if rooms are not available in there. very unprofessional. surprised to see booking.com doesn’t do due diligence of their partners before listing properties

Host was really friendly and spoke decent English. Was feeling sick and they immediately came over to see if they could help. Food was decent.

Better attention to room and bathroom cleanliness.

The host is a superwoman who is running the homestay like a boss lady and has managed to keep the small place cozy and clean. Also the food served is yummy and Padma’s hospitality just added a lot of value and good memories to our stay.

We have already informed the owner that we are total 19 pax including 4 children so we will need extra beds in the rooms as we have booked 6 double bed rooms. We were charged for extra beds which initially was agreed that they will accommodate all of us in the rooms that we had booked without any charge but after reaching there when we were left with no option we paid 5k extra in settlement with the owner. So please be careful when you book & take things in writing which can be produced when they try to twist you when you reach there.
