Perfect location, short walk to the beach

Kindly allowed us to check in early. Lives up to its billing in terms of being spacious and good location.

Cleanliness on arrival not great (plenty of dog hairs, a bit dirty under bed, used baking tray left in oven). Hot water was a bit of a struggle. Went for this option rather than cheaper alternatives partly to have 2 bathrooms but couldn’t master the upstairs shower so all ended up using the downstairs, which was also tricky until you got the hang of it (nearly scalded myself). Might have been ok if there’d been any instructions left, but there were none at all. Had to run kitchen tap for ages before hot water came through (wasteful).

Apartment was ideally located, everything was as stated in advert very spacious. It was clean and very well presented. The owner was In.contact throughout via email and very Accommodating, professional and polite. Made you feel welcome and at ease during the stay.

I was conscious of noise of footsteps etc, travelling to below flat with having kids. However this didn't seem a problem in the end.

clean and tidy, fully equipped kitchen, beds were comfortable

only 1 bathroom, could do with 2 toilets, also maybe the odd picture on the walls to make it more homely
