No room cleaning was done during the entire stay of 5 days.

Lovely apartment on 5th floor. Great view of the harbour and watching ferries and tour boats coming and going..Sportless clean and modern. Jackie on reception is very friendly and helpful.

It was a shame there wasn't any British TV stations apart from bbc World news to watch when the weather changed.

Loved sitting at my seaview balcony. Lovely place to stay, liked that both bedroom and living room could access balcony. Very clean property, cleaners to room 5 days out of 7. WiFi included and was very good, large tv. Fridge all the usual kitchen facilities toaster etc easily can cook a meal. Shower good and powerful walk in type. Large mirror wardrobe and super comfy beds. Everything described was in apartment . Staff all friendly and happy. Reception organized my day trip to La Gomera very helpful Lady. Traveling alone and I felt very safe here. I must say considering this apartment block is seafront, inside all residents were very quiet no rowdy crowds, no slamming doors.No drunken people shouting. When the restaurants quietened down around 11, you could hear the sea.

It was a good size apartment, clean, and pleasant place. unfortunately the barcany lead to a side road but it was lovely being there after the beach 😄

The mattress was too soft it would cause pains on vertebral and discomfort.

great apartment in a excellent location - beach, cafes, restaurants, bars everything very close. Also apartment itself is really nice and spacious with huge balcony as a plus we got free upgrade to a bigger room which was fantastic. The staff were very kind and friendly! They are doing a really good job!

All perfect. Directly on the beach Los Cristianos, everything, what one would ever need, was there. Huge apartment with great view from the balcony to the beach. Restaurants, bars, ect everything very close by. Thank you for the great last 3 nights on Tenerife. Till next time.

Great apartment, spacious and right next to the beach and restaurants. Jackie was a brilliant host, always contactable and always helpful. Bathroom looked very new, with a nice big shower. Didn't use the kitchen for cooking, but it looked perfectly adequate. Two things that didn't bother me, but might to others, is the bedroom and living area are all one long space with the bathroom between them, so there is not a separating wall between the twin beds and the sofa bed in the living area. I think there may be other one bedroom apartments that do have separation though. The room was very hot on entry, but this was just because the balcony doors were shut on arrival - once open the apartment was fine (even without aircon) for the duration of my stay. Jackie offered to supply a fan, but it wasn't needed.
