Overall, the hotel was ok , definitely not a 5 stars hotel.Some things were broken or didn't work out. Great location.

We got the luxury suite and it was beautiful! The only couple things that could improve- the small bathroom smelled weird, the view was of a random bunch of other apartments (luxury suite should have a nice outside view), and the room had some spots that smelled like a cat was there. I loved the pool, the sauna areas, and the room itself.

Clean modern beautiful hotel. Loved the art deco decor and aesthetic. Service was great, hotel was lovely. The spa area is fantastic. Great location. Would highly recommend.

Great location closed to city center ans the train station. Nice boutique hotel, our room was quite big with fancy bathroom and toilet! The breakfast was yummy with a lot of choices. To be recommended without hesitation.

This hotel is a gem. Five star hotel at three star price. Staff was excellent, supportive and attentive. Breakfast choices were numerous and outstanding. Pool was super and very relaxing with mood lighting. Location was perfect (across the street from old town and a five minute walk to the main square). Access to public transportation was great. Hotel is very mod in decor and use of technology. Can't miss with this property.

Very nice hotel within walking distance of the Krakow old city center.

We stayed on 4/12/23 until 11/12/23, we were received very nicely, the room was ready as soon as we arrived, the room is beautiful and clean, very modern, the breakfast was very good and the attitude was excellent, if we come to Krakow again we will stay at the hotel again, of course we will also recommend on him The hotel is close to the place, the location is really good.

A quality hotel with excellent facilities which offering a five star stay. The bar staff and Helena in particular were fantastic and helped make a memorable trip to Krakow. I will definitely look to stay here again.

Day one we had to moved to another room as the room wasn’t cleaned. The next room was fine as it was midnight we didn’t see any issues until we looked at it in the morning. There was stains on shower towels & Bedding and also someone else’s hair behind one of the pillows. Cleaning is below average for this establishment. Even the cleanness of the cutlery and food was shocking :(

A high spec hotel, lovely l'Occitaine toiletries. Friendly and helpful reception and service staff. Very quiet - didn't see any other guests whilst I was there. Great location for walking into old town and Jewish quarter. Not a fan on the digital panels to control lights. Prefer to be able to reach for a switch in the dark.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and felt really at home here. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I was lucky enough to have the spa all to myself, and enjoyed a relaxing time in the pool. Breakfast was delicious, with a good array of options. The hotel is in a convenient location for the old town, as well as the tram services. The room was spotless and nicely decorated. Nothing to fault!

Really lovely hotel Close to main square Clean Comfy

Hotel was absolutely beautiful but staff were unfriendly and hardly anyone staying. Breakfast was disgusting.

It was a wonderful stay. From the first moment we were greeted by a smile at the reception desk of Mr. Tomasz, and in the following days we only confirmed how wonderful the hotel's team of employees took care of us. Mr. Tomasz, Grzegorz, Jakub, Mrs. Ewa, Mrs. Kasia in the restaurant, the wonderful Mrs. Monika, head of the cleaning team and all other employees. We felt at home in this hotel. Everything at the highest level. The hotel puts all its heart into its work and it is clear from the first moment that it is a great team that really respects and appreciates its guests. I admit that I have been a guest in many hotels in Krakow, because I love this city, but I felt the best in this hotel. Thank you to the entire team for making me and my family feel so happy staying at your hotel. I hope that we will have the opportunity to host you many more times.

Very nice hotel and great location at quiet street, but extremely close to one of the entrances to the old city-area where we spent most of our time (beautiful). Spa area holds a small pool and a variety of different saunas, clean and cosy, free entrance for guests. Big, modern and clean rooms, an additional plus for the big and comfortable bed. Perfect service. Have absolutely nothing to complain about, can really recomend this hotel! (Ps we ate breakfast outside of the hotel so I cant say anything about the quality of that)

The only issue we had with our stay was the unreliability of the Wi-Fi. Very weak signal in the room and frequent outages made it impossible to use outside of the lobby & breakfast room. The staff was fantastic, room was wonderful, and parking was easy. Location can’t be beat, and with no trams directly outside it was nice and quiet.

The hotel is in the perfect location to walk to the main square in just a few minutes. Rooms and amenities are very good. The only downside and a very minor one was the WiFi that was a little patchy in coverage within the room. I would definitely stay at the hotel again if I'm in Krakow.

Exceptional staff: super-friendly (unusual from our experience in Poland), while absolutely professional. Great spa facilities- lovely after long days of walking in gorgeous Kraków. Just wish the hotel didn't use the heavy perfume spray in the lobby. And beware the automated lights and toilet - make sure to turn off if you don't want to wake up your roommates in the middle of the night!

This hotel was amazing-the room was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was just gorgeous. The location was very central-many sights were walking distance. The food was great. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and accommodating (early check in, late check out, cleaning around baby's nap time, etc). Would 100% stay here again.
