We liked the support for check-in quite late, and easy process. The host was very helpful. Also, pet friendly property

The bathroom is not attached, which makes it very weird. Also, the caretaker was sleeping on the sofa all night which I found very creepy

The location was adequate.

Before booking, we asked the owner of the property if there would be 6 beds, as we were 6 people. He confirmed we could have some mattresses on the floor, in addition to the 3 that should have been provided. When we arrived, the attendant gave us two rooms, each of which had one bed. He wouldn't give us mattresses when we tried to explain we had booked 6 beds. Shower was broken and only delivered cold water. When we left, he claimed he had no change and we ended up having to pay more. We then later asked for assistance purchasing an Indian SIM. He agreed, said he was on his way and then turned his phone off, leaving us waiting there for more than 2 hours. I understand that this was an extra service we had asked for, however he could easily have said no, rather than saying yes and then not showing.

Just 100 mts from RK Beach and all major destinations. Had a pleasant stay and can go for a walk during night and morning as well. Access to good joints and supermarkets. Would love to visit again. Thanks to the staff and management for hosting me and for the wonderful service.
